They have wonderful customer service my first time there it was amazing all of the workers are pilot and sweet and professional. The store itself is very well clean and detailed the food quality and quantity is very satisfying and it is well worth the money shout out to the whole crew and that Nashville hot sauce is like that it’s so rich and authentic not greasy and not oily at all y’all keep doing y’all thang because that’s me and my wife new go to spot

After a full day visiting my grandfather at Barefoot and not eating all day this was just the thing I needed. The philly steak combo was amazing and the strawberry lemonade was delicious. Fries cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the Richmond area again!!

This exceeded by expectations , not only was the food great Nazma a nice person at the cashier counter made me feel right at home. She helped me with my order and even suggested a few other add-ons. The place smelt so good and permeated with the mix of cheesesteaks and fries . I came in with a good appetite and was not disappointed. I was not going to get anything to drink and she mentioned the lemonade which was in two flavors. I said OK reluctantly I took a sip and wow it was so tasty. Delish!

I’ve been coming here for months, I really love the subs and the service. It’s made fresh and the chicken teriyaki is the best around. Would be 5 stars but … when I ordered large sized combo, it comes with same size fry as the basic combo. And this last visit the meat portion wasn’t the same as prior visits. I have also ordered extra meat and have not seen double the meat. Just inconsistent on this last visit. Hope it was an off day, because it’s on the higher end of cost for quantity.

Went here today for lunch and after work snack lol. The chicken cheesesteak combo was fire. Sub was full of meat, fresh ingredients and bread was fresh nice and soft, fries was good nice and hot . Watermelon strawberry lemonade was fire . Came back later that with husband ordered a 10 piece wing combo. Buffalo and Honey Hot . Wings were amazing, fresh tasting fried perfect and gave plenty of sauce . I have no complaints. Owners were very accommodating &friendly. Resturant was very clean . All workers handled food with gloves . I will be a continuous returning customer. Inshallah

During my trip to Richmond, VA, I came across this franchise on the second day of its grand opening. Despite the long line of customers, the wait to place my order was surprisingly short. The staff was extremely professional and polite, and I was impressed by how consistently they cleaned the restaurant. The dining area was spotless, with plenty of clean tables available.
My food arrived hot and looked incredibly appetizing. To be honest, I haven’t had French fries this good in a long time—they brought back great memories. I also ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, which was absolutely delicious.
I loved the atmosphere, and I truly believe this is one of the best places to eat on the south side of Richmond. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I visit this historic city. Loved it!
