I ordered a whopper meal & it is by far the worst one ever. How do you get a bun that’s hard as nails at 11:06a.m.?? I wish I would’ve checked my order before leaving because now I am upset about my hard earned money being spent on garbage. I won’t be back & I won’t recommend. Service was ok, but no smile. Fries were fresh.

It’s 1225pm on 10-23-22. These people are the worst employees. I stood waiting to order with no luck. So I went to Taco Bell. Oh cause there all ordering food at Taco Bell, while two where in the back commenting on who’s taking orders. The guy in white finally got to order after his second try. Almost forgot. Saw another kid smoking at the bench right outside the door. The four girls I was just ran around giggling, while the guy smoked. Hire adults not children. FYI Popeyes and Taco Bell where crushing it!! They made all those kids look bad.

Perhaps if the staff members were less occupied with their phones, the customers might have a more positive experience. There were several issues with our order. The young man at the register did not accurately ring up the items, and after we brought it to his attention, he simply apologized. It did not seem worthwhile to go through the process of correcting it for a small amount of change. After completing our transaction, he immediately returned to his phone, and we had to specifically get his attention as he was engrossed in it. Furthermore, the woman in the back did not seem to read our order correctly and provided us with the wrong food. While waiting for the fries to cook, she was also on her phone, leaning over the counter. It might be beneficial for the manager to address these issues, as it could potentially improve the overall customer experience.

Stopped in for a quick bite and left genuinely impressed. Despite being short-staffed, Sydney and Aiden delivered top-tier service with professionalism and warmth. I ordered a PROPER WHOPPER (yes, it deserves all caps)—fresh, flavorful, and stacked just right. The fries were piping hot and perfectly salted, and the whole experience felt like a reminder that great customer service still exists.
Sydney kept things moving smoothly, and Aiden showed leadership potential that deserves recognition. I sincerely hope to see Aiden in management training soon—Burger King would be lucky to have him leading a team.
If you’re passing through White, GA and need a satisfying meal with a side of genuine hospitality, this BK inside the TA is absolutely worth the stop.

I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better training for their staff.

I came up there Tuesday or Wednesday and I seen this mixed-hevy set girl thay called her brie so idk if that’s the one but she put something in my bag just thinking it’s ketchup or something I didn’t look well I got home My wife opened it up and long story short she kicked me out bc that girl put her number in the bag….
