Used to be my go-to lunch spot at least once a week, but not anymore. The “create your own salad” is now $15 — that’s outrageous! For that price, I could get a salad to-go from a high-end restaurant. To make it worse, the worker was incredibly stingy with the portions. Definitely not worth it. Save your money — you can get a much better salad elsewhere for the same price (or less).

O stars. These owners are not suitable for a saladworks franchise. They do not represent it well. I have been there a few times and I see the man literally being racist. If it’s a pretty white female he is very bubbly and serves enough but if it’s a minority he is rude and serves less. I’m Caucasian and see this behavior and I’m appalled. The lady is also rude when people ask her more more stuff since she is very stingy with the dressings. I saw her telling a customer that one scoop was enough and it would be more and the customer told her I can pay more. Who is she to tell a customer what’s enough or not. I won’t be going back.

When I first arrived I wasn’t properly greeted. Han Y Ask me what I want. I was taken back but proceeded to order. I was using my phone to read off a previous order. Han Was annoyed and asked me who the order was for. I was taken back again not understanding why that mattered so I continued to still order. When I asked for the soup and salad pick 2 she asked me what I was talking about. I was so confused by the whole interaction but continued to order. I asked for cheddar broccoli soup she corrected me saying she didn’t have that soup she had broccoli cheddar. What’s the difference. She was very very passive aggressive for a customer service position. Maybe she’ll do better at Hong Kong Garden or even Annie’s Nails. Don’t bring Salad Works standards down Han Y just go find another job.

Tried the salads couple of times here! No complaints so far. Liked it both the times. Quick service, neat seating area, ample space for the parking.

I walked in for a salad, only to learn the ALREADY $15 avocado Cobb salad no longer comes with bacon. What a joke. So raise prices and get less food. Don’t waste your time

am writing to formally report a deeply concerning incident that occurred at Horsham Saladworks. Upon entering the establishment, I placed my order and was waiting for it to be prepared. A white male customer then came in, and the employee immediately set my order aside—leaving it unattended on the counter where flies were present—and prioritized the other customer.

When I requested a fresh salad and compensation for the blatant disregard and poor customer service, the employee refused. Instead, a manager—a short Asian woman—came out and began yelling at me. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

As a member of the Horsham City Council, I find this treatment appalling and indicative of racial bias, discrimination, and a lack of basic standards for customer service. Businesses that operate within our community are expected to treat all residents with dignity and respect. The conduct I experienced fell far below that standard and will be reported accordingly.

Discrimination, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated in Horsham. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately, and appropriate corrective action to be taken.

Door Dash defaulted me to this location instead of the Montgomeryville one. Ordered a full size Cobb and clearly got a half salad. Tried calling them 5 times with no answer. Never ordering from here again. Door Dash was nice enough to refund half my money.

Never had a problem with this location until now. Tonight I ordered a salad & thankfully didn’t eat any of it before I saw a long hair sticking out. Quality control & hygiene needs to be better. I’m disgusted. Hopefully DoorDash refunds my money.

I wasn’t a Saladworks fan until now. The customer service at this location was excellent. I created my own salad and then the guy (Ha or maybe Han) suggested the Green Goddess dressing and it was so good. I’ve been missing out but definitely plan to go back

Ordered from the Horsham location through thier website which states they close at 8pm. Nowhere on thier website did it say they were closed for Labor Day, they charged us and said it would be ready by 420p. Arrived and they were closed. No answer on the contact us, no way to get our order or a refund. They owe us for the order and we’ll be looking for another place that’s better organized.
