I never expected a pizza place to serve breakfast, but they opened right at 7 AM when I was trying to decide what to eat. I had a breakfast sandwich with waffles as the bread, and it was delicious. Good coffee and friendly service, too.

To be honest, I was not expecting much from a pizza place with a ‘crunchy waffle’ sign out front. But it was really a great breakfast spot. Generous portions of toppings combined with tasty waffles and local apple juice was a great way to start my first morning in Paonia. I went for the Nutella/strawberry/banana waffle and was not disappointed. Would certainly come back if I was in the area. Also loved all of the cycling decor on the walls

Extremely RUDE STAFF.
We were greeted with someone yelling at us and rolling their eyes. No manners and we did not feel welcome in the atmosphere. If you want nice workers, do not go there.
The woman with dark hair and an attitude front of house needs to be let go.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, and tasty pizza… Plus, great beer. Hoped they were open at 8pm on a Tuesday and they welcomed us in! We’re glad we decided to swing by Louie’s and will definitely stop by next time we’re in town.

I’m pretty sure I was served a 14″ even though I was charged for a 16″. Also, I asked when I ordered if I could split my one topping into half/half. I was told that I could and was anyway then charged for two toppings. This is clearly a scammy way to get more money. In total the pizza has only one topping on it. Why charge for two? Why not then double the amount of topping on each side to be fair? Rude service as well. Very disappointed.

1st time eating here, so I ask the young kid behind the counter
He says get a menu, I’m looking around.
I have a bad right eye
Which I mention
I take my menu n proceed to sit
I pass by an older gentleman with a pony tail obviously works there but is to busy on he’s tablet
After sitting over 8 minutes other patrons come in which the older gentleman greets them, they proceed to order.
Ok so I get up n ask the young kid so I have to order at the counter
He says yes n points at the sign saying
“Order here”
Again bad right eye didn’t see it
So I left
