First time at this subway, I had a coupon that said, “Three footlongs $18” The store limits your sandwiches that you can pick from. That was very irritating. The staff had very heavy accents and telling them how I would like my sandwiches was challenging. Not a good experience at all. The Sandwiches were good, the ingredients taste fresh. Without any coupon I would not have bought anything from this restaurant.

I like this location compared to others in the area.Staff is friendly and patient.The typical subway outlook of the store is super clean and quiet too.Its a bit out of way from where we live yet we end up going to this location.Buffalo chicken is favourite sub so far.ocassionally I do eat veggie ones which sfe equally good.

It’s better to save your money than to buy a sub here or go to another Subway down the road. They close earlier than expected, and for whatever reason, they don’t honor coupons in-store. They also skimp on the meat and add less cheese when you order online and use a coupon; this has happened to me several times. Half the time, the vegetables are old, and the lettuce is brown. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, and they violate health regulations daily.

I called ahead to ask if they still had the Happy Gilmore cups and was told they did. My sons really wanted them. The hours posted online stated they were open until 9:30pm. I drove out of my way to make it to this subway as the one closer closed at 8pm and arrived at 8:47pm. The lights were off but the doors were open. I walked in and was told it was closed even though the hours on the door and online say 9:30pm and I arrived over 40 minutes before this time. When I asked why the hours are posted as 9:30pm, the man’s response was that they need to change it. Unacceptable.

I am from Charlotte, NC and the Subway stores are very poorly run in Wichita at every location I’ve tried over the past two years. If they aren’t understaffed, particularly the location on Tyler road, then they always run out of bread, ingredients, meat, chocolate chip cookies, or something by 5 pm or earlier. Sandwich artists don’t know how to properly move the sandwich from the preparation area to wrap it without losing the toppings. They don’t double or triple the thin wrapping paper either. I’ve given up ordering salads because not a single location knows how to chop up the meat on the salad. So what you get is a slab of sandwich meat on top of a bed of lettuce. I loved ordering a chopped salad at my favorite Subway near my former home in Charlotte where the artists had a bowl and a salad chopper so all of the ingredients could be integrated throughout the salad. To top it off, not a single Subway in Wichita includes napkins rolled around the sub with your to-go order. So, I constantly have to get my own napkins and stuff them in the bag when I pick up my sandwich. Do people in Kansas just not use napkins when they eat? Someone needs to do a much better job of over site here to ensure quality standards and service expectations are consistent regardless of which state you are in.

Wow what an experience, worst one I’ve had and I love subway! The guy didn’t seem like he wanted to be there so I took on his wrath I guess. I asked for one line of mayo, this thing is dripping. When he put the veggies on I had to ask for more cause he literally counted them. I asked for 3 cookies and he gave me two, than didn’t give me the meal deal which didn’t dawn on me until I got back. And the bread doesn’t seem to be toasted…. Go to a different location or taco bell right in front

Gave flatbread instead of a wrap. Fell apart, so much dressing even though it was marked for less.
The flatbread or wrap or whatever it was, was stale.
Paid for extra cheese on a footlong. Half the sub had no cheese, the other half had the regular, if that amount.

Won’t accept coupons? Sounds like they are money hungry and don’t want people to use these coupons. I’ve worked at subways and ordered online at this exact location using a coupon. Kinda ridiculous. The “owner won’t accept them”, ha such a joke.
