Food was so good and fresh. I was nervous to come here cause the chipotle in east lib is so gross and I figured it would be similar vibes but it was really good they surprised me. They were busy and kept the line moving. Princess was so friendly and kind and a great worker!!

This restaurant has been open for less than a month and has quickly become one of my favorite weekly staples. I came here shortly after they opened and fell in love with this brand new place in shadyside and each time I’ve gone back it’s been busier and busier. The staff here is always hustling back and forth and I appreciate that they still deliver that same tasty product and friendly service every time. We are lucky to have a place like this in this part of the city where we can get fresh food in a clean environment served by people who appear to actually care about their job. Kudos!

I had an amazing experience at Cavo! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted at the door immediately, which set the tone for great service right away. This was only my second time attending, and it definitely won’t be my last.
Princess was my server, and she was absolutely excellent. She was respectful, kind, and incredibly patient while helping me put together one of the best-tasting bowls I’ve had in a long time. Her customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better.
I’ll definitely be back frequently. Highly recommend Cavo for both the food and the outstanding service!
