I drove 8 miles to come to this donut shop when there is 1 less than a mile from my home. The lady working the window was so incredibly RUDE this woman does not need to be in customer service. Told her I was going to call the manager…..she said she was the owner!! If that’s the way you treat your customers you should just close down now. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. YOU ARE WAY OVER PRICED TOO!!!

Pulled in this morning and ordered a jalapeno sausage roll as I have done for several years. I hear sorry I don’t have any of those done and it will take me a few minutes to get some fried. I could understand that statement if I ordered something off the regular menu of items they have but this is something that they have everyday. I also could understand a little bit better if I was there at 6 am sharp but I was there around 6:25 so I would figure that those normal items would have been done already. This shop changed hands a few months back and I have heard this same thing about 4 times in those few months. I drive out of my way to go by this donut shop but am considering not doing this. I know it may sound petty but if you are not ready to be opened then you should get better help. There is a blonde lady and a man and when they are there I never hear sorry I don’t have any ready yet. I am assuming they are off on Mondays as this is the only day of the week I hear this. Get it together please.

One of the best daylights as far as food goes. Service not so much. Says they open at 6, I was in the drive thru at 5:55. They did not turn on the open sign to 6:13, and then did not check on me at the dive thru window for another 5 min. At 6:25 they did not have any of there meat food cooked yet..

I have been shopping here for years, the food is great. I l left 3 stars instead of 5, because the service over the past year has dropped to 3 stars. The previous owner always gave a 5 star experience, now sometimes you get a 3 star service, sometimes you get 5.
Here are ways that that you can improve to get back the 5 stars
Offer printed receipts to your customers, it is customary for regular businesses to offer a receipt when you give them money, in most cases im sure that the customers don’t need a receipt, in some cases they do.
Make sure that you have doughnut boxes. When purchasing dozens of doughnuts, carrying out multiple bags, isn’t the preferred method.
Understand, and train how many sausage rolls to put in a box, too many, and the box will dump.
Make sure that you have 2 people working the front at the same time.
Make sure that your sausage rolls are hot and ready, one time I had to wait for my rolls to be heated at 7AM.
The workers are friendly, and the food is good.
