Food was insane. Worst $7 Pronto Pup ever. Ratio from hotdog to breading was terrible. It was so salty I had to use so much mustard to cover it up. The “coke” they gave me, did not taste like coke at all and I got zero ice. And for some reason it took a really long time to get it. They didn’t call my name loud enough to hear or try to get my attention. Friendly people though, just think their food needs to be better.

Loved it, definitely stopping Again if I’m nearby again. Spicy Pup and Pickle Pup both thumbs up for me!

It is a simple place to get some fresh corn dogs fried on a mini conveyer belt. I liked the fact that it is fried to order. The hot dog itself could be a bit bigger, in my opinion. The batter is nice and tastes good when it’s right out of the fryer.

Still the original! (Smaller dogs compared to the 90’s)
Best batter in the world!

Delicious and affordable corn dog! Great for an on-the-go bite! Gal that helped me was very nice. The corn dog took a little bit of time, but it was well worth the wait. It’s located in downtown and it’s a nice place to hang out while you wait anyways.

My wife has always had a soft spot for Pronto Pups. They got them every time they stopped in at Seaside while on vacation. She has always talked them up so it was time to give them a try.
They are a hand dipped pork and beef hot dog, and after cooking for a little bit, they are golden brown. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they did not disappoint.

Guessing the guy used to much salt in the batter. 1st and last for me. Oh classic btw.

This place looked pretty good from the outside, but the corn dog was not as it appeared. The hotdogs were fine, but the coating was very bready and not good. We ended up pulling most of the coating off and eating the hot dog by itself. I would not recommend it.

First off, I am not the biggest corn dog fan, I could take them or leave them. However, my girlfriend loves them and we made a slight detour to stop at this place after a long day of driving and hiking.
This place is located in a parking garage style amusement park with a Tilt-A-Whirl and bumper cars. For some reason, I found that unappetizing. The shop itself is about the size of the ticket booth. All of the hot dogs are pre-sticked and sitting under tin foil by the window. General I did not get “Good Grade from the Health Inspector” vibes here.
The corn dog was good, for a corn dog, but there is so much better food to eat in Seaside that I am not sure why you would really eat this. I bet there are better corn dogs. It gets some points for being quick, cheap and convenient.
