Paid $27 for what seems to be frozen crust. Pretty greasy overall and dough has no taste and has a cardboard/graham cracker like texture. Would not have ordered if I knew the crust was not fresh and would’ve tried for a refund if I opened the box and noticed a ore/mad getting home

By 6pm they were out of marinara sauce. I ordered plain noodles for my kids but they had no butter and the only parmesan available was from packets. The one guy working seemed pretty annoyed that people kept trying to order food and ended up just telling people to come back another time because he was backed up and out of ingredients. Took almost 30 minutes to get the noodles, and they were fine, but $20 for plain noodles is nuts. I’d skip this place given how much other good food and better service is in the same food hall.

I dont post often but when I do it’s because I found something special. I travel all over the world and I’ve been to Italy and had wood fired pizzas in countless trattorias, they have nailed the dough recipe and the sauce is amazing! Will be back just for this!

Pizza is okay. The problem is the price. It is too high for a fast-food quality pizza. The chicken was boiled and chopped and doesn’t taste good in pizza.
Another thing, the guy that takes orders is not willing to communicate. He looks like hating his job and wish you not to order.

I have never given a poor review but it would be a crime not to in this case. I flew into Colorado from Pennsylvania and was booked at the hotel right next to this pizza place. So I walked over to get a pizza. The man behind the counter was super friendly and very fast making my order.
I ordered the “steak gorgonzola” which is a “specialty pizza” in the hopes of getting something different. It was definitely different. The whole thing is currently in the hotel trash. Everything that could be wrong with a pizza was wrong with this pizza. On top of that my bill came to $50! $50 for an inedible pizza. What a shame. Im literally flying back to Pennsylvania with a bad taste in my mouth.

-I didn’t speak to the cook because I ordered at 650, got the pizza at a little after 7pm. By the time I walked back to the hotel, tasted it, and ordered something else the place was closed.
– as for price. The steak and arugula is part of the recipe so why the upcharge? I was charged a “delivery” for something I picked up. The tip was given when I ordered with payment. The pizza was far from 5lb. Very thin. It didnt even droop from the weight of the toppings when held by the edge. Stiff as a board.
Sure prices are inflated in summit county but $35 subtotal on a 18″ is high by any standard. Not to mention adding an upcharge to a “specialty pizza” that is made with those ingredients. Sure all pizza places charge for toppings but I’ve never scene one charge extra for the listed ingredients of a pizza recipe.
The owner asks why they are being bothered by bad reviews? Probably because your product sucks. I dont even blame the cook. Something that terrible is a management issue. The attitude of the owned says it all.

Let me start by saying I wish I would’ve taken a picture. We ordered a fettuccine With marinara and chicken. The pasta was overcooked mushy and the chicken was so dried up. It looked like it had been there for weeks. Sadly, my daughter took the whole bowl and threw it away before I could get a picture of it, considering the price for the pasta and the cheese bread totally not worth it.

Tried to order at 1p (they open at 11a?) by asking if I placed my order on the iPad or with him, and the man working rudely stated “You need to give me a few minutes”. I was excited to try their pizza and wings but decided to take my business elsewhere with much better customer service!

if you don’t know how to ruin pizza on fire, try here. the dough is bitter, there is no airiness, no pleasant crust, but… it doesn’t matter anymore… but how could you add arugula and prosciutto not at the end, but right away and burn all the taste. this is madness. guys, no offense, but this is madness.
