I don’t know what it is about this Dunkin’ location, but smiles clearly aren’t contagious here. Every time I stop by, I leave disappointed and this morning was no exception.
At 7 a.m., I ordered the breakfast special (medium coffee, bacon egg & cheese on a croissant, and hash browns) along with six donuts. The croissant was dry and hard, either toasted to death or just plain stale. The hash browns? Also dry and hard. How does that even happen first thing in the morning?
The woman who took my order barely cracked a smile, and the one preparing my sandwich (blonde with red hair) looked like she’d rather be anywhere else. She practically tossed my sandwich on the counter like it offended her. Coffee was fine. Nothing special, but at least it was drinkable.
I’m usually a Starbucks loyalist, but every once in a while I crave a Boston cream donut. Unfortunately, this location makes me regret that decision every time.
The Dunkin’ on Old Country Road by Panera is so much better, friendly staff, fresh food, and actual customer service. Management here really needs to step in and fix the vibe, because how we start our mornings matters. And this place? Not exactly serving joy with that coffee.

Nasty attitude from their cashier and employees especially this woman Iris. I had a reward on my phone and she yelled at me infront of my kids telling that I should’ve told her what it is for and I asked her politely can you please lower your voice there are kids here. So she kept going on and on about how I shouldn’t tell her to be quiet. I told her I showed you the reward to show me what it is not to tell me I don’t know. Very very rude lady and kept telling me I don’t care I say and do what I want. This is not a good representation to the store. Definitely not coming to this store again and will be reporting to the owners and corporate.

When I go to this Dunkin, the workers make me feel like Im asking them for a favor, specially on the weekends! I go there all happy looking forward for my caffeine and I’m like “Good Morning!” and I get nothing! No good morning, No how can I help you, none of that. They don’t say a word from the beginning to the end of the transaction, they walk away as you are swiping your card,lol!

This store is way more expensive than other. They charged me $6.46 for a small latte with almond milk. That’s almost $3 comparing more to a DD store on the next town. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional, mess-up my order then gave me an overflowing/dripping cup, it was just too much not to write a review. Very disappointing.

I had a simple order of 4 items, but amazingly everything was messed up in some way. Mango smoothie turned into strawberry, coffee was missing the flavor shot, the fritter wasn’t heated as requested, and the lightly buttered croissant had a one inch layer of butter. It was like they wanted to mess with me on purpose! Lol!

Okay, so I’m in NY now- I get it- more people, more of a busy atmosphere and all, but coming from Florida to here I expected too much I guess. Guy behind counter – barely two words- not pleasant to customers. Very bland. Service was somewhat fast but I asked for extra cream and sugar. Got cream! No sugar. I’ll live. But I expect my Dunkin peeps to at least acknowledge your customers who are giving up thier hard earned green to purchase your coffee and sweets! Work on it guys!

Most of workers here are very rude and lazy… Friday morning there was a lady with black glasses, she was rude to me and also had a fight with other customers… I started going to other Dunkin’ by the Panera which is better. Please don’t ruin your morning by coming here.
