Husband ordered here today and noted his sandwich was terrible (overloaded with wet ingredients) but more importantly he had ants swimming in his sprite! For no one to notice that when pouring is beyond disgusting. I would suggest avoiding this location.

My mom and I have been splitting foot long tuna subs on grain bread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper and olives (gotta have the olives) for a long time. Consistent, yummy, fresh.
Employees are always polite and friendly. Yeah, I like it!

The owner (Manish) is rude & disrespectful. Made the sandwich wrong (chicken instead of BLT) and still argued about it even when I drove it back to the store to show him (ordered it curbside). The only good thing abut that place is his employee Daniel.

Ordered two sandwiches online. My boyfriend’s was fine, and usually I’m not one to post poor reviews, but mine literally was missing half of the things I requested…. I asked for extra olives and normal banana peppers and got NONE and NONE of the sauces or seasoning I asked for. Asked for extra onion and got like 2 or three small pieces… Apparently out of olives but didn’t even bother letting us know. I understand missing a thing or two and I used to work at Subway so I have some patience, but I have never had so many things missing and barely anything put on my sandwich when I clearly requested what I wanted…. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING WHEN NOT IN FRONT OF THEM TO WATCH. We took it back and the guy wasn’t even nice about it even though it was completely his mistake and just stone cold faced the whole time. Would not recommend here.
We got the new one and it was DRENCHED in oil and I bit into the biggest jalapeno chunk my whole mouth was on fire. 🙁 I love Subway and this truly disappointed me.

Myself and another customer waited in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before the single employee working there came out of the back room. The other customer asked “what the hell are you doing back there? We’ve been out here for over 5 minutes.” And the employee replied “I was busy dude, chill.” He also told us the o ly two bread options were white or wheat. I assume he just hadn’t made any of the other options. My sandwich quality was fine.
Edit: your experience here will highly depend on who is helping you. Some of the team members are very friendly and kind. Others won’t even make eye contact with you. The food is as expected for a Subway, which I personally enjoy.

Terrible customer service, lady working on March 27, 2022, around 3 pm wasn’t in the mood to do her job. They were out of Tuna and needed 20 minutes to prepare it. We waited in the car and when we came back, she put up a sign stating she’s taking a 15 minutes lunch break. She saw us and told us we need to wait. No apologies and gave us massive attitude. She didn’t really seem interested in being there.

I was around 8:10 p.m. in that place on August 16 and the employee had closed the place before the time established by the restaurant. I walked almost two miles since I don’t have a vehicle to go shopping there and the employee said that he had closed because they had not given him rest
I have also read all the previous comments and I see that they are purely negative comments, very few personally value the service. I do not think I will buy there again, I prefer to go elsewhere and I recommend that if you want to avoid pain headlong and have a bad experience please do not attend this site
I really took the trouble to write this message since I told the employee when he was leaving that he was getting into his vehicle, what was the reason? He told me that he already had to go home and I told him that I was going to make a comment about his service and said that he was not interested in what he could do

Very disappointed with this place, the attention is very bad, and the workers simply give your sandiwch what they want and the amount they want, the bathroom never works and I am completely sure that when you pay in cash they never give you the receipt no guacamole no cheese very bad
