I had a very pleasant experience at Pembroke Lakes Mall thanks to a young man working at one of the fast food restaurants. He was polite, kind, and had an excellent attitude. Always with a bright smile that gave off great energy. Honestly, it’s rare to find such good service in fast food places, so I felt it deserved to be recognized. 10/10! When things are done well, they should be acknowledged.

I’m only giving it a 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. For starters, the FNAF meal was deceptive. On the kiosk it said it came with a cupcake and a drink, and we got neither, when I asked about it, they told us it didn’t come with it, even though the kiosk said it did. As for the quality, I wouldn’t even feed this to a dying dog. Also, we didn’t get any napkins, and I had to go back to ask for the sauce we had with the order.

Terrible customer service…makes one rethink on buying food here even if the food is good. Employees are rude (i.e. barely look at customer, don’t smile, give wrong order despite receipt showing correct order). I hope this place improves its customer service .

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was disappointed with my visit. The chicken I was served was burnt and not edible. This should have been caught before being served. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Horrible service, took 25 min for chicken tenders when I was told 8 min. The fry guy put the basket used to fry on top of garbage then put food right in it and cooked. So unsanitary and gross. Will never return here! Why is the garbage next to food being served to customers.

Ordered Popeye’s thru UberEats for delivery. They had a special going, buy 1 get 1 free, so we decided to try the Golden BBQ Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich. Received our order & to our surprise, there was NO BACON on either sandwich! Barely any cheese…Why advertise a BACON & CHEESE chicken sandwich if you’re not going to put ANY bacon on it & skimp on the cheese????? Receipt correctly stated what we had ordered. Tried calling the location 3 times & no one answers! Besides this MAJOR issue, the rest of the food was good, delivery on time & nicely packaged. But, since this sandwich was a deciding factor for us in choosing Popeye’s for lunch (instead of going elsewhere) AND because we could get no resolution after TRYING TO CALL 3 times, we will not be ordering from them again. EVER. Should have picked up your phone….
