I had the Popper. It’s a jalapeño, cream cheese and bacon sandwich.
The toast is an evenly buttered delight with a warm soft flavorful middle and crispy edges, the melted cheese has a nice pull and textured well with the cream cheese. The initial thought of the jalapeños were that they were not roasted but the crunch of the pepper was perfect contrast to the chew of the cheese. Thick cut bacon gives the sandwich robust flavor that is not comprable to the best BLT. Bacon isn’t chewy or crispy. It was cooked to a perfect balance.
