ordered three pizzas from this Little Caesars location, and all of them were extremely thin to the point that you could literally see the sauce showing through the bottom of the crust. The dough was so thin it barely held the toppings and felt under-portioned compared to what Little Caesars normally serves.
This wasn’t just one pizza — all three pizzas were made this way, which makes it seem like proper portion standards were not followed. The crust lacked structure, the slices were flimsy, and overall the pizzas felt rushed and poorly prepared.
I’ve ordered from Little Caesars many times before and know what the pizzas are supposed to look like, and this was far below normal quality expectations.
I hope management reviews preparation standards because customers should receive consistent products, especially when ordering multiple pizzas at once.

We ended up waiting about 45 minutes for our order, which felt really long for pizza. It looked like there were only two workers trying to run everything, so I understand they were doing their best, but the wait was frustrating. Management should really consider having more staff to keep up with the demand.

Fast and kinda ready! No sausage pizza was ready. Our wait time was 15 minutes. Okay I said. The only problem is that we barely have any sausage on the pizza that they made us wait for!

Whenever I come to this location I never have any problems. I always get excellent service. I get greeted and attended to every time. Whoever is in the back cooking the pizzas need a raise because they taste scrumptious. The pizzas I order are have the right amount of cheese and sauce. The bread crust is nice and crunchy. Also, the pepperoni are cooked perfectly. Overall this place is A1. Idk what the other people been through but my experience has always been good. The black girl is always nice and kind to me too.

Pizza is good, but waited an hour and 15 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. They obviously didn’t start making it until well after I showed up to pick it up. Only three people were working on a Saturday night, and there were several other people also waiting an hour plus.

Stepped in and was immediately greeted by staff, guy up front took care of me when my name wasn’t on the portal and grabbed my order personally, and even offered to bag my sauces. Very personable and I was in and out. Love it.

It’s clean, the pizza is hot and ready and the employees are nice. But, they should tell you that you can only get the cheese crazy puffs with an online order only before you pay. Really messed up. Why is it online only? Get serious.

Best Little Caesars in the whole city!!
My family drives here all the way from the south side. Pizzas taste amazing. I tried other pizzerias but they taste like cardboard. This pizzas are magnificent and always worth the 30+ minute wait.

Too long of a wait. Customer service is terrible. No one greets you and all they say is 10 minutes. I’ve been waiting an hour.
