I just left there and I come from kentucky. I ordered a small and large vanilla latte hot. It has a funny taste to it. It taste like cardboard. Not sure if anyone else complained about it. I’ve never had a bad experience with you before. It’s always so good.

The cupcakes are fantastic and the mocha is a little overly sweet but delicious, however getting said treats can be tricky due to the serious understaffing. I’ve only ever seen one person working at a time, and even if I am the only customer there, I’ve had to wait almost 5 minutes for the person behind the counter to take my order, and I don’t bother to get in line if it’s busy.

Definitely would choose their coffee over Starbucks or Dunkin ANY day!! Their cupcakes are amazing and they have a flavor for everyone! They also just recently started selling coffee, grounds and cold brew, to buy and bring home that is also for a good cause! Staff is always very friendly and helpful as well!!

I liked the taste of double trouble cupcake base taste. I didn’t like the service at all. The customer before me was left without any purchase same way the customer after me also left. The lady was on phone and not paying attention.
I wanted to try that place as I am traveling so I waited. She didn’t even thank me for waiting or so.
No greetings as well.

Sweet dreams! This was amazing! We chose to try the Cookies & Cream cupcake milkshake and it was simply delicious. It’s very filling and I highly recommend giving this place a try! It seems like the blended cupcake wouldn’t give enough flavor for the milkshake but it’s perfect! It tasted just like the cupcake that topped it!

Had a few things to pick up at Jungle Jim’s, so I decide to stop and get a shake. Red velvet is my favorite cupcake, so I decided to try it as a shake and honestly you can’t go wrong, it’s super delicious. The young lady working there was very nice. If shakes aren’t for you, they offer more than just that. Pay them a visit.
