CJ’s Tacos were a big hit for our catered business meeting in Knoxville! He was able to work with us on a relatively short schedule and provided amazing tacos for a very large group of folks. Food was excellent and service was just as amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered the pick 2 and a side. Korean bbq and CJs original taco were excellent! I had the creamy fresco corn as my side, it lacked a little flavor but was still good. They were very friendly and super quick. It was so good I wish I would have ordered another taco! Would definitely recommend and will get it again!

This CJ’s is in the back of the Embassy Suites, on the second level. It looks like the same area used for their morning breakfast. There is plenty of seating, with usb ports and ac plugs next to some seating areas.
We ordered from a very friendly gentleman. Missy ordered the Ultimate quesadilla and we ordered small bowls. Husband’s bowl was the potatoes, pork, bacon, corn and mixed shredded cheese. I got lettuce, ground beef, corn, bacon and mixed shredded cheese with the cilantro sauce on the side. When Missy got hers, and she had to wait longer for it, she got salsa and cilantro on the side.
Mine was mild, which was good for my temperamental, sensitive stomach. I ate every bite. It was so good for Missy, too. Husband enjoyed his immensely, but had a tough time finishing it. It was spicier than anticipated. It was the pork, more than the potatoes. That was confirmed by the pleasant woman who put our bowls together for us.
It was all good – spicy and mild. We’d definitely look for another CJ’s, or come here when we’re in Knoxville. Maybe we should have gotten those CJ’s cards – buy five meals to get one free!!

Been having these tacos for months. now every time I see a truck I get them!!!! Best tacos ever and I have been around the country would recommend to anyone. Finally got to take my fiancé to the embassy suites location and even she was amazed at the service and quality of the food. 10/10
