We ordered over $40 of food from this place. Was givien a pick up time. Went to pick it up and was told they didn’t get our order. They took the money from my account to pay for it but I got no food. This is not the first time we have had problems with this location. I have gone to pick up an order and found part of it was missing. When I said something about it they knew exactly what was missing. They knew they had tried to cheat me. We will not be attempting to eat at this location again.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the service my family and I received. Melissa, the lady taking our orders, was on shift by herself. She was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I am disappointed she was having to run the entire restaurant, clean up, make back-ups for the morning shift (when she herself came in to work she had none) and close out the register all before she can get go home to her family. The owner of subway should be ashamed to treat his workers the way he does amd he should count his blessings he hired the only reason he received 3 stars.

This Subway location is by far one of the best in the eastern part of NC. They are always friendly, fast, and create a great customer experience.

A recent occurrence worth noting: I called same day to request a catering order that I could no longer make online. Mike not only helped me, but he went the extra mile to make sure the order was complete and ready by the time I’d requested! Outside of this experience, my rating was already a 5, after my encounter with Mike, it would be stars!!

This subway is a constant disappointment! Between the staff that always seems improperly trained (or just working to their personal standards) and people who can’t simply comply with the standards that the company set. I have gone there ordered a churro and have had the literally sugar that’s supposed to go up there just not put on it at all. I’ve requested for a sandwich to be toasted and they don’t let it toast for the full time. Just awful!

Did not get at all what I ordered. They built my sub behind a stainless steel cover. I ordered the Cheesy Garlic Steak with no green peppers on white. I received a sub with no cheese and loaded with green peppers. And for some reason, they put chipotle and sarachi sauce on it. At this point, I didn’t have time to have it remade. Then I had to ask for the garlic sauce before my sandwich was crammed shut. I like Subway, but I am not returning to this location.

Very friendly girls working last night. Not understanding the ac not working. Hasnt for a while I don’t believe.I would think restaurants would have to have ac to stay open? They had to prop the door open. I felt bad for them. They did not let it bother their work though. Smiled the entire time. If it had been my money I was spending,they would have gotten a good tip from me! I would have closed the shop,gone home and got fired. Food was good,though.

We stopped in for lunch today. The food was fine, service was fine. The 3 star rating is for the fact that they didn’t wrap our sandwiches up like has always been done. We were eating in, but at Subway, when you unwrap your sandwich, THAT’S YOUR PLATE, right?? I’m not sure if that’s a new, cost saving measure or what, but I didn’t like it. I then had to eat my wrap using a napkin as a plate. Then when I didn’t eat the whole thing, I had to ask for a paper to wrap it up… I will be completing their survey and voicing my opinion.
