Mom and pop kind of shop. Been going here for 5 years and I still order the same thing. Their food is consistently good! Cash only.
This isn’t a fancy place on the surface, but please don’t let it fool you. The chef makes such amazing deep fried noodles . Friendly family and spotless clean.

The woman who took my order was as rude as she could be! She also got my order wrong. What’s crazy was they were trying to make a new one by taking the ingredients out from the wrong order instead of making a new one for me! Such a terrible place!

We came here seeing the good reviews, but man was that a mistake. There must be some changes to this restaurant since those good reviews were given.

There’s only one or two people working in the kitchen, only 1 waitress serving all 6 , 7 tables. You can imagine how clean the kitchen is and how good the service is…

The food is also way over priced for this location, the types of food and the service . $16 – 17 for a plate of fried noodles??!! It probably takes about $1 food cost and 5 minutes to make one?

Oh and this place is cash only and they charge full tax. You bet they are scamming the government on the taxes they collect since it’s all cash charges .

This place is basically every bad cliche about small Asian restaurants all in the same place, dirty , cash only, bad service, cheap food, overpriced…

Take your hard earned money elsewhere instead of incentives for these, it really gives Asian restaurants a terrible stereotype

Heng Seng serves the best soups for a chilly winter day! The Phnom Penh soup is super flavorful, featuring a variety of proteins like pork and squid. The side of fried dough is fresh and crispy, making for a perfect complement to the soup. Would highly recommend!
