That’s gotta be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had the bread was so stale The counterperson threw a couple pieces of cheese, couple strands of lettuce, a few tomatoes that look like they were frozen, and then defrosted. I hope she didn’t have to exert herself too much. I thought Subway model was Eat fresh, but apparently that isn’t true that bread was as hard as a rock, it’s way past days old.

Ordered a breakfast wrap described as having “melty” cheese… I picked up my order, drove back to the office- and it’s STONE COLD. Not just “it cooled off in transit”- the woman working literally didn’t cook it. At all. Cold eggs. Cold cheese. Who would want a cold egg wrap first thing in the morning???

The night crew is awesome!!! I had a big order! And they did everything right . Cookies were fresh and I sure did get one. This is the best subway in Elmira.

I paid 14$ for a sub I get from other subway locations for 9$, They charged me ‘upcharges’ on the meats I added, and everything seemed skimped out on.
In addition when I asked about why it the portion sizes of the added meats, ie smaller than normal bacon, small medallions of cheese, the manager got rude towards me and insisted they were weighed portions even though it clearly was not. Never going to that location again and would suggest no one else does as well.

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 6 years and they keep changing things up making it harder for customers from the menue,prices and deals. Subway has become more greedy then McDonald’s. To get 2 subs and a 3rd for free u have to order it online and get it from things like Doordarshan or Grubb meaning people pay for 4 subs and only get 3 so the buy 2 get a 3rd is a con and waste of money. I’ve gotten food poisoning from this subway 3× in 5 years yet i was a customer untill today. Between the issues the subway chain keeps having to the constant changes that are not customer friendly and very inconvenient I can no longer support the subway chain Wegmans has better,bigger subs for cheaper so I will be getting my subs from wagmins for another place.
