Always delivery when I ate this food. Business style is great. Drivers are typically courteous. There is one that lacks in many ways. Have really never been disappointed with their food. Once I requested the wrong item. I liked it as well. Menu not as great as crossroads but the people far surpass. Actually unfortunate. Together they would make a great company!

Always order from NY Pizza Bridgeport location.I believe they are one of the best pizza restaurants in Bridgeport.The pizza crust, the sauce, ingredients, and the price…. it’s great. But far as customer service goes, they need to have someone teach them better customer edification and use it, cause when you sell a great satisfying pizza….. but don’t give a ———- about the people that buy your product…… and you feel that not having some type of understanding, knowledge, and a basic relationship with the community you do business in and can’t even hold a little conversation to reassure the service of the quality and delivery of a great product……… then sooner or later…… one by one…..the community at large will bring their business to those who do…… so that they don’t have to concern themselves with writing reviews of disappointing service…….and bad customer relations……. cause the product…. being so good… so great….. the restaurant employees…… so nice, and respectful…… that the satisfaction of its food…… makes one think…….. of nothing else………but more……..until now……….. ……on customer service…….don’t worry….it’s not really a complaint…..but an identification of relating to the every day hustle of getting up and making sure your doors stay open…….just learn to open your hearts and ears a little more…… and hear your customers feedback about the hospitality we receive on the phone, from delivery, and or the owners when we have our concerns…… cause i am that business……for 40 years…… I’ve learned myself….. a little kindness goes a long way….a very long way………..maybe….. My usual go to for pizza, there’s been weeks where I order daily and this is the second or third time I received a luke warm pizza . Other pizzas have had the cheese all in the corner from all the slices. I don’t know what’s going on but they don’t seem to care about regulars.
Update: Lady with the accent told me it’s not possible that my pizza wasn’t hot, yet my delivery took over an hour and 20 minutes on a regular 30-45 minute delivery.
Delivery drivers always polite, friendly, and on time. No response 4 days later, will continue to seek for another spot.

The WORST place I’ve EVER ordered from! It took them a hour to deliver my food and once it came it was the wrong order. I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR for my correct order. And I didn’t even receive an apology! Then I found a weird red object in my garlic bread! I will NEVER order from this place again and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The nastiest place ever!!!! Made a decent ordered of a large pizza, garlic knots , 12 wings and a chicken Cesar salad and all 7 of us who ate that food woke up puking including a 3 year old . Called them to let them know and ask for a refund and they said “that’s not my problem , you’re not getting your money back” but was oh so kind enough to offer me a $10 discount off my next order….. Rude as hell and i hope this location closes down just like their last one.

Place needs to fire the lady that answer phones and deals with people because her alone makes me never want to order again. wish only every delt with the young man that answered the phone. Young man that as amazing and good was always right by the last so horrible I will never order again if it her answering and from looking at all the responses see lotta of people agree the lady answering the phones needs to be fired for a lot of business going to be lost all because of such a rude nasty lady that answer and take the orders and half time get them wrong because she really just that pathetic and can’t do anything right
