My daughter and I went there on January 4, 2026 and it was one of the best lunch experiences I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the Special spicy Laksa soup and ramen and my daughter ordered beef and brisket pho. Both dishes were phenomenal!! My dish was perfectly spicy and had so many different flavor profiles in it. The broth in my daughter‘s beef and brisket pho was so refreshing and delicious tasting. You can taste the fresh lemon grass and other herbs they put in it. Both dishes came with an abundance of noodles. I will definitely dine here again over and over!! The second picture is me halfway through my bowl and I’m showing that it still has so many noodles in it.

This restaurant was the first and only Vietnamese restaurant in Middletown. It does have a sister restaurant location in Dover under the same name. The menu is decent, offering a good variety of appetizers, Pho, and rice plates. The serving portion was generous, and well flavored too.
However, it just seems like it’s lacking atmosphere and ambience. Staff could be more attentive to the customer’s needs and questions. Waiting time for the ordered dishes to be served seems long as well, especially when there are only 2 tables occupied.
Overall, the food is nicely done and tasty, but lacking a satisfying dining experience. Perhaps it’s better to order take out for this place rather than dining in.

If you love pho this is the place to go! There’s two of them in Delaware and both were great with very clean and well decorated eating areas and good service. I thought the quality of the pho at both places was better than any I’ve had in New Jersey.

We were seated right away and staff was pleasant.
The pho is broth is flavorful and had a decent amount of filling.
The vermicelli noodles with grilled shrimp was delicious. The shrimp was cooked well and they gave you plenty of it. Overall the portion was a little small but it still filled us up.
Not pictured is a shrimp mango salad. We got it to go so I asked for the sauce separate. When I ate it the next day It was still very fresh and the portion size was nice. The salad itself once mixed has plenty of flavor and is very refreshing.
If I’m in the area I’ll for sure stop by again. Pricing was pretty decent too.

Amazing food and service. I went for lunch and the service is faster. We ordered the pot-stickers and my kid loved it. I would recommend the spicy pho that comes with egg noodles which is very good. The best thing in this place is they have chicken and veg broth options.

Today is Monday, December 22, 2025. I have a slight head cold and wanted a nice soup of sorts. I decided to try the Pho Viet in Middletown, DE. I know the one near the Philly airport is on point.
Big props to the Middletown location. The Flank Steak and Brisket was very good.

Nice quiet place to get pho. Food was delicious!! I honestly would’ve gave it higher but unfortunate there was a bug in my pho. They were cool about it and took it off my bill but I probably won’t return because of that. Service was okay, not them warm and welcoming but I don’t mind that.

I tried this little place out for the first time today and enjoyed it overall. I think it will work in a pinch if I am ever in the mood for Rice Vermicelli and can’t get to one of my preferred spots. The establishment is clean and has nice lighting. I went during lunch, so service was speedy. The egg (spring) rolls were piping hot and fresh. My pork was warm, but did not taste freshly made and could have had better flavor for my liking. Of course the hoisin and sriracha sauce made my complaints go away.
All in all, for average tasting food and $21 I won’t be rushing back, but I’d say give it a try if you’re looking for a local spot.
