Great food, good service.
The server wasn’t much of a talker and didn’t really have a personality, but he was courteous and attentive.
The chips and salsa were ok. The chips were thick, a little over done, unsalted and served at room temperature, but they were ok. I like my chips served warm, thinner and at the right golden color. The salsa was great.
I ordered the Texas Burrito which was a lot bigger than I hoped for. It was very colorful and loaded with meat and flavor. I would definitely return here.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It was summer so there was no competition with students for tables. We were able to walk in to a table and ate some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! The in-house salsas were really delicious! Everyone was happy with their meals. Great value, too, as we all had enough to bring home for a whole other meal.

My son and I had lunch here the food was delicious. The service was on time and the price was surprisingly low for two people to eat. I had to make up the difference in the tip. The food was just too inexpensive to do a percentage of the price we paid and the service was well worth it.

I am a Fajitas fanatic, and no place in Madison OR Buncombe county does it better than Rio’s! The service is always great, and the food always is on point! I recommend the Fajitas for 2 and the Hagaldo Tacos Their salsas are fantastic too!
