I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your establishment. On 12/01/2023, I placed an order for the Singapore Rice Noodles, an item I had not tried before from your menu. However, to my dismay, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the dish contained shrimp—a detail that was not mentioned or clarified on the menu.
As someone with a severe allergy to shrimp, this oversight caused significant distress and concern for my health. When I contacted your staff to address this issue, I was met with a dismissive response that left me feeling unheard and unattended to. The suggestion to give the dish to a coworker, despite my explanation of the severity of my allergy, was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a lack of consideration for customer well-being.
Moreover, during my in-person visit to resolve the matter, the attitude and response from your staff continued to be unapologetic and unsympathetic. The phrase “that’s the way it is” regarding the undisclosed shrimp in the dish felt dismissive and unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment multiple times without incident, the treatment I received during this situation was disheartening.
I firmly believe that customer service should prioritize not only satisfaction but also the well-being and safety of patrons. A transparent and accurate menu description is crucial, especially when it comes to allergens and dietary specifications. I urge you to consider updating your menu to explicitly indicate ingredients such as shrimp to prevent similar incidents in the future, benefiting both allergic customers and those with dietary preferences.
Regrettably, due to this disappointing experience and the lack of consideration for customer concerns, I have made the decision, along with my office, to discontinue our patronage of your establishment. It is unfortunate that this incident has led to such a conclusion, but it is essential for us to feel confident and safe in our dining choices.
I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts positive changes in your approach to customer service and menu transparency.

Delicious & consistent! Delivery takes a while when they are busy witch is understandable but pick up is ALWAYS ready within 10-15 minutes. Believe it’s family owned and operated very nice people. Highly recommend if you’re looking for consistent basic Chinese food!

Completely dissatisfied!! I order from this place for years, my orders are usually above fifty dollars… tonight the tofu that I normally enjoy didn’t not taste good at all I couldn’t eat it , it almost tasted like chemicals I called and told them in good faith what had happened asking for a credit on that one dish that was not at al edible. I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me unless I returned my order which I threw away. The place is filthy and they are rude !! I am very disappointed in how they would loose a customer over a few bucks.

There’s a few tables, but this is primarily a take out establishment. We’ve searched far and wide to find a decent Chinese restaurant and are so happy to find this one! The food is consistently good, they are very nice and aways include all the extras like duck sauce, soy and mustard while preparing your order.

Spent $50 on dinner and my family was really disappointed with wontons soup and dumplings. The wrapper part on both was very thick and gummy. I called to complain but decided to return to the store with the two items. I was not satisfied with an offer of 10% off of my next order. When I explained I was the customer on the phone, the counter person ripped the bag out of my hand and inspected the food. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor to return money on one item because we used the broth of the soup. I still insisted on a full refund. She spoke to another worker and angrily refunded me. Never an apology!! So rude!!

Best food I’ve ever had! I live in Hempstead . About a 10 minute ride and I would rather go here than get takeout from anywhere else! Their food is always good and always fresh even if you get it delivered to you! Please, if you are thinking about getting Chinese, go when king wok! You’ll never go with anyone else!
