Food was decent but they gave us the wrong flavor and it was way, WAY too hot, and then drowned it in the hot honey rub (which they weren’t suppoosed to) its almost 2 days later and our throats/roof of mouths still hurt now from it burning us. We didn’t know it was the wrong one since they have 2 new flavors, until we saw others try it online and the one we ordered was a different color than what we received. Especially after calling and confirming they had the new one we wanted, app rates it a 4/5 instead of the 2/5 we ordered, very very unhappy.

These restaurants in Nashville are hit and miss for quality. I was a bi apprehensive stopping here last night. But had my dogs with me and could sit outside at table with umbrella. The wings were freshly made and hot with sauce wet as I requested. Fries and cheese were both good. Celery was also fresh and clean. Thank you for a good experience on this visit.

Sorry sorry service Not sure if they do in line but don’t take into account of one’s eating in. Took 30+ to get our order when you see boar. There was not many orders on the board when ours was placed. And you can see our they cook. Slow. No system. Nothing like from years ago. Pretreated and pretty sure same chicken from Walmart deli vender too. Hate it but can’t see this place making it either

Definitely one of the best Wingstop locations around. Tullahoma is known for having a good range of amenities, are they all good ? No, most of them are actually on the contrary…but Wingstop not only physically stands out, right in the middle of the Jackson circle (across from Publix and Harbor freight, and it is next to Kay Jewelers and Starbucks). Wingstop has already made a BOOM with the intense flavors, and irresistible smell, people have been coming from Georgia just to try Wingstop at the newest location around. The General Manager is amazing, staff is friendly, helpful, and hard working. All together a very good store. It definitely fills the Wingstop standards, and I’d say after you try it out, it will fill your standards as well, go ahead and go where flavor gets its wings 😉

So today I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and wings. It’s was supposed to be Louisiana dry rub on the sandwich, extra seasoning on the fries, and Buffalo mild sauce on the wings. Normally I’d let this go and not drop a review on here so negatively but, when I got home, the fries and sandwich were both completely unseasoned and the wings had fry seasoning sprinkled on them. I called the store and the girl argued with me and insinuated that I was a moron and that the sauce had soaked into the food and that’s why they weren’t seasoned. They did replace my order but, it took up an extra hour and twenty minutes of my day to drive there, wait for the order, then drive home with it. I included a side by side comparison of the wings and as you can see, they are certainly not seasoned the same, no matter what the girl I spoke with argued.

I hate going here because of the staff, but I enjoy the wings and fries too much. I hate being critical of people in these franchise positions, but it’s really bad. I encourage whomever owns this place to walk in as an undercover customer and experience what it’s like. 2/5 all around, respectfully.

Can order lunch because they’re backed up with too many online orders. They should put a sign up so that you don’t walk in expecting to get lunch and then have to figure out something else because ASAP orders isn’t working. Nothing else is but there’s also no science so how would I have known in the first place?

First time trying Wingstop and my family loved it! Food was delish! Our personal favorite flavor was the Spicy Korean Q (SO GOOD!) The fries were fresh and hot. The Cajun Fried Corn was fresh and also a fan favorite. Friendly staff. Clean indoor dining area and a table space for outdoor dining as well. No problem parking.

The wings were delicious! The ranch sauce was more of a dip that was nice and tangy. Most places serve more of a dressing but this stuff is really good. The fries were awful. If I’m waiting 25 mins for fresh wings I need fresh fries too! They were burnt and old. The seasoning on the fries was kinda sweet and not good at all. The sweet tea was barely sweet. We are in the south y’all! Put some sugar in that tea! The staff was really nice. I’ll go back for all flats only and bring my own drink. You’ve got the wings down! You will be waiting as they cook them fresh. They are the best wings I’ve had!
