Would not recommend. My friend (who is a student) placed an order online thru the app and asked me to pick it up. She did say that I would have to scan when I made it. Cool. When I got there, the worker (can’t remember her name) said the same. Cool. But there was a technical issue that would not allow myself to log in thru the app and I explained all of this to the worker. I even went so far as so show her a scanned copy of my friend’s student ID AND had her on the phone to confirm that this indeed was her order that was already PAID for. A student in line interjected and said that the app had been down since the previous day. Then I spoke with the manager, and she wasn’t any help at all. Despite all of the measure I took to pick up an ALREADY PAID for meal. I also will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the university as well. The only reason I rated the food a 1 star is because I never received. But staff, service and atmosphere were all extremely unprofessional and unmotivated. You’d think a MANAGER would be properly trained to handle these types of situations.

I ordered a nugget meal online and I showed up on time to get it. I literally got the biggest stink eye from the workers. There was no line or customers, so what’s the deal? They were sitting on the counter and chatting as well. It’s not like they were on break. They tossed my food on the counter and said, “That’s you.” I said thank you, and they didn’t even say their signature response of “my pleasure.” The food at this location is mid and the service by the student workers is terrible. The staff that are not students are nicer.

Good things about Chick-fil-A are they have very good and fast service. They make sure your food hot and ready make sure your order right and sauce in the bag and treat you with a lot of respect. They do not have they customers waiting over 7 minutes for they food it be in and out and it will be fresh every time.

Ate here twice. First day food was ok. Service was the 2nd worst chik a fil I ever had and the 2nd day the food matched the Service the day before, terrible. And you couldn’t use points.

This is a branch that can be located in Delta State Universitys student union. Customer service is okay but it doesnt have a variety of choices. If you just want the usual set of chicken sandwiches then it’s the place to get it.
