My wife and I ordered here from the app Sunday night and I picked up. I got the Turkey and she got the Veggie. I swear to god, this was the best sandwich I ever had from a Subway. Bryan and Abby were friendly once they got my order. The app does need work though, but that has nothing to do with the location. I totally recommend this Subway!

The worker that claimed his name was “Pedro” was extremely rude. I asked for a meat to be taken off and substituted (which I do all the time at other locations) and he stated he couldn’t do that which I knew wasn’t true. When I asked him the store number of their location, he ignored my question and continued making the sandwich (horribly might I add). This location is disgustiing and their produce is never fresh. There’s flies buzzing around the meats and vegetables as well which appalled me because no one did anything about it. This location definitely needs to be investigated by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and other government agencies alike. Also the employees will talk about you in Spanish if they assume you don’t know what they’re saying. Not my fault you’re 65 years old and have to make sandwiches for a living, Pedro. I’m sure you’ll find purpose in your sad, miserable life if you work REAL hard behind that counter you hate being at everyday.

I see so many negative reviews regarding the staff but the young lady that helped me this morning was nothing but polite and courteous. Went in for breakfast and she was very helpful. My ham egg and cheese sandwich was bomb.

Forgot my wallet on the counter went back in got my wallet went to my car realize that a gift card was stolen from my wallet he denies he took it the worker that worked there so I’m going to contact the manager in the morning to see if you can check the cameras it’s sad that you can’t trust nobody these days

One would think that if business is not brisk, hmmm maybe it’s us. Rude owners. They may be occasionally busy, but for the most part the owners chase away business. Some of the younger employees try their best, but watch out for the owners.

I have ordered here about A half dozen times and every time they managed to mess up my order. Every time I take it back, they are extremely rude and don’t want to give me a refund. I highly recommend going somewhere else even in another subway.

I ordered from Uber eats, got my order completely wrong. I called to politely let them know hoping to get something because this was the second time it’s happened. The manager was completely rude and cut me off, then happened me to someone else who was even more rude. I paid $72 and the couldn’t even have the decency to apologize at the least! I DO NOT recommend eating hear.

I had a NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE HERE.
I came in to order. The new trainee employee over salts my sandwich when she didn’t stop at two shakes she kept going with 10 to 14 shakes. UNBELIEVABLE! than when i told them that I want the sandwich redone or to test the sandwich to see if its ruined the very mean women they put in charge sneered at me grabbing the sandwich saying, ” I know you don’t have the money to pay for this sandwich” Although she watched the entire time that the new girl kept salting the sandwich. Nobody does that unless they have some vindictive agenda. Then when i ask that they please just start over the sandwich because of most likely too much salt the mean women in charge gives me a look of pure evil and says, “we refuse service and I’m calling the police!” Rub salt in the wound I paid for the sandwich and it was ruined and the girls there sneered with evil satisfaction.
I called Menifee PD and they confirmed that this employee of Subway called the police on me and the community officer said it was a civil matter. Its a disgrace that this franchise is allowed to abuse so many people in the community, including the elderly and disabled. What a shame! Hopefully Google respects my experience and freedom of speech otherwise they’re a shame too!
Thank you Jesus for enabling my salty spirtual growth with this experience and to show me who to pray for with meditative love and forgiveness. And to consider these souls as if they’re myself and that to genuinely love those who persecuted us as opportunities to love much so that our sin is also forgiven much ❤️.
