My roast beef sandwich had 1/2” thick nasty slices. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I didn’t eat it. Arby’s roast beef is nasty when it isn’t thinly sliced.

Usually I love the fast food restaurants in Choctaw. They’re clean & customer service is always good too. So I was shocked by how the girl in the drive thru behaved (Nora I believe). Considering there were NO customers, dining in or drive thru!!
Her tone was irritated half way through ordering my food which is not only rude, but ridiculous when you have no other customers. So when I got to the window, I asked her to give me a sec to pull up the app. That apparently was a huge inconvenience cause as soon as I said that, she asked somebody what her drive thru time was. I’m guessing she didn’t like the answer, afterwards she started cussing and clearly showing how annoyed she was about it & kept urging for me to hand her my money faster. I honestly hesitated to just refund the whole thing, rather than deal with her bad, stuck-up, inconsiderate attitude.
I spent $40 on the damn food here!! There are SO many other places I could be spending that $40 & getting treated like a customer, instead of an inconvenience. I’ve worked customer service for YEARS, a lot of that spent at Rib Crib. I would have lost my job immediately acting the way she did. You shouldn’t work in customer service or hospitality, if you don’t know how to be kind to others & also have a little patience.
Hopefully her boss can teach her a thing or 2 about courtesy & how you treat a paying customer!! Otherwise the business will not last long. Next time I will drive the extra 10 miles to Midwest city.

if there was a – 0…I mean a NEGATIVE ZERO I would press that, my food was awful!! asked for a Kings Hawn’ Deluxe Fish Sandwich and my fish is burnt, not crispy or soft, “BURNT!” asked for another fish sandwich (classic)on the side and I got a soft fish, they probably got my sandwiches mixed up obviously they were confused The burger bun with sesame seed on it and the hawn’ bun were burnt like wth, curly fries were cold and old they probably just dipped it in the oil to warm it up because it tasted like it had been sitting there for a while, I guess they’re short of tomatoes too, like why can’t you slap 2 tomatoes in there? Naw it’s ok I’ll just sprinkle a little shredded lettuce on there to make it look deluxe I don’t think I’d ever want to waste my time going here anymore.

Shameka provided excellent drive through service. One of the nicest and most professional experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. Thank you so much for wonderful service. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar sandwich and it had plenty of beef. The curly fries were hot fresh and crispy. The strawberry lemonade was light and refreshing. Great affordable lunch.

Absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. And they get WORSE every time I stop in. I’m local to this one, so I stop here often, but I’m SO DONE going here and getting screwed over. Save yourself time and drive to a different one. Every time I go they give me the absolute skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever seen. I just paid 20$ for a meal for ONE person and they put 1/4 of the meat that any other Arby’s would.

How is it that Arby’s allows a franchisee to make their sandwiches incorrectly year after year. Clearly states that sandwich includes red ranch sauce. US Beef a franchisee for Arby’s does not make them the way they are supposed to.

The staff at this location provide good customer service. They are attentive to the lobby keeping it clean. The food, my wife and I got double meat roast beef sandwiches. All I have to say about the serving is WOW! The sandwiches were delicious ! The buns were fresh. If you are in the mood for a good roast beef sandwich, I highly recommend this location. As the saying g goes for Arby’s, “We have the meats!” The picture of my sandwich below attests to this statement.
