Lovely restaurant for lunch on a busy Saturday near Christmas. Booked online with no problem.
Arrived ten minutes early but was seated easily.
Great service from the waiting staff, quick and effective.
The food, what can you say about the food, it was lovely. I had risotto and my better half had pasta, very nice and plenty of it.
We willl definitely be going back.

Perhaps the best meal I’ve had or a very long time, it took all my might and a disapproving glance from my partner Ann to stop me from licking the plate, the food here is very cheap for the quality. We will be back without a doubt. 5 stars all the way. Staff where amazing.

This is the second time in 6 months I have booked to come here and have been very disappointed I’ve been here and had lovely food with family and friends in the past.The past two times we’ve been served our drinks then got told there is no steak or premium foods on the menu. If we’d been informed of this on arrival we could have gone elsewhere. After telling the manager we weren’t happy that we weren’t told when we sat down about the situation he took our drinks from us and did not even apologize. We have used this establishment for birthday and special events for the past 5 years we will no longer be using or recommending here anymore.

I have visited bollicinis on numerous occasions and have always had decent food and service, on the last occasion, this was not my experience. After we were seated we had to wait approximately half an hour before we finally asked a waiter if we could order, to be told ‘I’ll be there soon’ and she continued to set a nearby table. 10 minutes later she came to take our drinks order, to which she brought half of them and forgot the rest. We had to ask if they were coming, they finally arrived about 15 minutes later. After our food order was taken the starters were a reasonable time but we had been there for 2 and a half hours before we received our main courses. I had ordered seafood risotto, it looked good with plenty of prawns and mussels, unfortunately the mussels hadn’t been cleaned properly and contained lots of seaweed and the rice wasn’t cooked properly and was crunchy. Mine wasn’t the only disappointing meal. After we were finished the manager insisted on the service charge or tip being 10% of the full bill, not the reduced price. After such a bad meal and slow service we probably shouldn’t have given a tip at all.
Such a disappointing night for somewhere I usually enjoy.

We had a workshop meeting there and I enjoyed the friendly staff and foods where good. I enjoyed the stacks and pasta but honestly, fish Pizza wan not my favourite (it’s something that not everyone enjoys, you might love or find it not tasty )

One of the worst Italians that I have been too. The garlic bread was cook at home frozen slices. The food was awful. The pasta dishes were incredibly salty and food was flavourless. I wouldn’t recommend at all! If you want to come here you can make better food at home, or buy it in a jar, it will be better! To add to this staff were incredibly rude, the atmosphere was horrible and the view from the table looked out onto a gravel back alley. Worst decision I’ve made to eat here.

Had the best night at bollicinis from the start to the finish, was my wife’s birthday and they couldn’t do enough for us and it really did make my wife’s birthday extra special.
The Manager was awesome as well as the to young lads that served us.
Food was amazing and drinks kept flowing im just sorry I didn’t take any pictures but trust me plenty of food and empty plates at the end.
Will most definitely be back very very soon.

We’ve been to Bollicini several times now and the service, food and atmosphere is always excellent. On our recent visit they were offering 50% off all food and drink which was a fantastic offer.
The pasta dishes are always fresh and taste great. We’ve also had fish, sea bass and salmon are recommended.
