We went in on a Wednesday night and it seemed like the two girls who were in there were very busy as it took a good while to get through the line. While we waited, they worked diligently and addressed people as they came in. What we quickly realized was that a lot of folks had ordered online via the app, however the orders were not coming to the store! These poor girls were having to rush make orders on the spot while also helping people who were walk in customers like ourselves. Considering how many people were effected, they handled the situation so well and really did what they could for everyone. Despite the difficulty and the wait people had, everyone was very understanding and no one took it out on the employees which is also a testament to the people who frequent this store and people who live in the area. While there were difficulties, the food was good and I believe those two girls deserve a bonus/pay bump/whatever good can be given to them as they were rock stars! I don’t think our situation happens frequently but as it did happen while we were there, I can say these employees made our trip into the restaurant go smooth even with the troubles they faced.

Got a nice little surprise (hair) in my sandwich. This is the first time I have had a bad experience here, but this is completely unacceptable. A whole half of a sandwich gone to waste.

This by far the nicest Subway I have been to in YEARS! it was very clean, the staff was friend and attentive, the veggies were fresh!!! and the sandwich was wonderful!!!! I would definitely drive out of my way to go to this subway over some of the others!

I ordered online and added bacon to the sandwich they forgot to put that on there and was charged for it then added tomato’s when I specifically asked for them to be removed. I tried calling the store nobody responded. This has happened afew times there.

I was there this evening to order two foot longs. I waited 30 minutes!!! I was actually in disbelief… Alison and Alex were there and I must say, they were the two most miserable people in service industry I have ever seen. Alex was slinging food and drawers everywhere. Body language indicated he hates his job. Fortunately his co-worker, Alison was somewhat better. This business will be out of business if they continue with these two. Even at $13. an hour (minimum wage) these two should thank their lucky stars to have a job. Many people have worked much harder for a lot less money. I will try Subway again, but if service is this bad again, and again I will choose another option. I’ve been in management. I would have “jacked” this young fella up long before now. Either work or leave. And at least “act” like it’s not an imposition to wait on someone. Not at all happy with Subway. And no one to report it to. : (

Do get me wrong I LOVE Subway! But the experience I had today was so unacceptable. I walked in and there were 4 teens all cussing at each other while I was with a my 12 year old daughter! After getting to the register we realized our coupon was expired at one of the teens said “womp womp” then continued to laugh at us! Including making inappropriate remarks to each other!

My wife and I went here and were helped by a young kid named Tanner. When we walked in we both looked at each other with the look of, “great, this is going to take forever.” Even though there was a steady flow of people and Tanner was the only one up front, he was kind, patient, and got our order for us in a timely fashion! I hope he gets something besides the tip we left him for the great work he is doing for a young kid. Wish we had more like him! Way to go Tanner!

These guys are great ! Very close to my shop, always friendly, always consistent. After you go there a few times they start to remember your name and what you order and your quirky ice preferences 🙂 I have always had good fresh lunch from this subway.
