Orderd a Unwich lettuce wrap #6. Once i got home this is what i found. The lettuce was rotten and the tomatoes were spoiled in the center of every slice.

There SHOULD be a training and if you bear the name of Manager or even Asst .Manager or even supervisor .. ALL title mandate someone should of been checking the quality of the food !

Training the employees WHAT is good and WHEN it is not would be the responsibility of the Manager , Asst Manager or Supervisor . Hence why they get paid more !

When purchasing here .. ( as I won’t be or my family ,relatives) I suggest you open it right there and MAKE SURE the food , lettuce, cheese, meats are not spolied !!!

This could of been a trip to ER due to the rotting food used.

Be WIse out there people . CHECK your food before consumption!

Called in a catering order with only 3hrs lead time (24hrs notice is standard request). The staff finished the order in just a little over 3hrs…just in time to deliver to a hungry softball team. I appreciated the extra effort and professional approach. We need more employees like these at other restaurants.

“Charge you twice so fast you’ll freak”
Store#787 …. FAILED… Super bad Service. Uneducated employees that don’t know what to do when there is a problem. Bad training on the managers part. Was charged double $57.91 for my order and was told straight up there is nothing they can do. No, sorry… No, we can try to reimburse … No, sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing!!! So for their mistake I have to eat an additional $57.91. Now I have to waste my time and fight with the bank. Total joke that place. Won’t be going back there. The only positive thing about that place was the delivery driver, he was cool and freaky fast. Good job sir.

Sat for over 20 minutes in the drive thru to find out they have one employee working both the drive thru and the inside counter. Still never received any food because my lunch break was over. Hire more employees. Garbage management. 0/5 stars.

Do NOT order from this Jimmy Johns! I ordered a sandwich to be delivered. After 35 mins I checked in for an update, they said it was on the way. After an hour I called again. They said they didn’t know what happened. I asked for a refund and they said the owner would have to do that. I’ve left FIVE messages for the owner, still no refund. If they are willing to steal from their customers, I can only imagine how well they take care of their food.

I see the response below to respond to the store’s owner, but it also says you ARE the owner. Please clarify.

I visit this Jimmy John’s at least twice a week.I am also a club member . . .I Always order spicy Italian sub . Today I ordered it and it took like 2 minutes to make and when they handed it to me for some reason it looked very small and I questioned on how small it was. And the employee said no its the same size .So left and got home me and husband usually each eat a half when he opened it he even said why is it so little .It didn’t even taste the same as it normally does . I don’t like other sub places around so don’t mind paying a little more for good sub sandwich I visit this Jimmy John’s at least twice a week. Was very disappointed today. Hope it was just a bad day

Romeoville JJ took an hour in a half to bring me the wrong sandwiches. They offered two free sandwiches at that location, they said all I had to do was give my phone number. The staff there did not give me a refund when I gave my number and told me that they didn’t work there when that happened so they couldn’t do anything. Pretty shady.
