I pass this place every time I come to the mall because I like to park in the back because it’s a shorter walk to one store I love. So today was the day I stopped by and grabbed some chicken fettuccine Alfredo it looked so good I didn’t pass it up this time. I decided to get the large so it would last several meals for me because it’s a huge serving. It came with a piece of bread I am unsure of what kind but ally food is super tasty, fresh, and very delicious. The portion showing in my own plate is maybe 1/3 of the serving I got. The service was super great Able helped me today and answered every question I had. He was kind and super helpful I truly appreciated the great customer service. Overall a 5 star from me will definitely eat here again.

I had lasagna at Ingram Food Court and was very disappointed at the quality of my food. The food was cold as I cut a piece. The bread given to me was okay, but I noticed the server looking for a piece of bread that was not hard. I also had a salad (no issues with that). On many occasions when I have been at Ingram Mall “Luciano’s” has always been my go to to grab a bite to eat. Food was always good. Maybe kids enjoy pizza served there, but I would not recommend to anyone to try any other food. It looked like it was brought out of refrigerator and just let it sit until someone buys it. Did not look fresh. I will not be eating there again. I never judge a restaurant based on one time occurrence, but Quality.Control is definite needed at this place.

Every time we go to Ingram park mall we pass by Luciano’s. We always see Alex working with a smile, serving or cashing us out with hot great tasting food. Everything is always fresh and hot ready to serve. Thank you Alex for your great service. I give you 5 gold pizzas

The servers were rude, terrible service. The lasagna was cold and barely had any sauce. The pizza had minimal meat and cheese and was burnt to a crisp. The bread was hard and greasy, with tiny slices. Employees were highly distracted, wandering back and forth like lost chickens, mixing up the customer’s orders.

Cause IM SAUCeY…GET IT? Instead of bossy like the song? Ok nevermind…The pizza was great, the chicken Alfredo was good and the salads were cold and fresh. Leo and Brad did a great job serving it up and holding it down at Luciano’s…located inside Ingram park mall in the dining area…short line fast fresh food, clean counters and helpful staff. A customer ahead of me asked about the pizza oven and Leo was very knowledgeable with his kitchen appliances and dishes…He let me sample the avocado salad which was delicious. We ended up buyng the Mediterranean salad instead. Now that had some flavor…great Italian food at an affordable price. Eating for two we spent an average $23. I also ordered a slice of pineapple and ham and a meat lovers slice, with extra marinara sauce because IM SAUCEY….ok I’m done. Thanks again fellas…

Serice was quick amd food was hot and . THE ONLY thing I have (not really bad but) is that when odered the chicken alfredo I hardly had any alfredo. So I had for more chicken because I didn’t have hardly any and they server was noce enough to add some without anybcomplaint. Our cashier Cassandra was super nice and very professional. Def would recommend this place for a quick slice 🙂
