This is place fell off quite a bit in the last month, I usually just get a açaí bowl and a smoothie because that’s all I have most days. The last time I went which was not that long ago the wait is astronomical. I waited at least 20-40 MINUTES for my items and when my smoothie wasn’t correct I returned and asked for it to be remade and I received attitude by a worker wearing all black with a ponytail. I tried giving this place a shot because I love it so much and it’s closer to me but I will be seeking other locations due to these reasons because it was multiple times in one week and this place isn’t cheap. The manager needs to do better and keep his employees in check.

Lady at the drive thru wasn’t polite and friendly. She said they were closing in 3 minutes when I came to the window at 7:50pm. She also said they only accept card and when i told her I needed a minute, she sighed heavily. Thats not appropriate considering she’s working with customer service and serving food. Nothing will be convenient and working as a fast food service worker, this is the kind of attitude that will turn customers away. Not a good vibe and ill make sure to stay away. She had long curly braided hair.

I’m not really wild about writing reviews. But when the service is either so amazing or so horrible, I feel like you gotta shout it out. The team here in Newburgh is amazing! My girl and I come here almost every other day. we pretty much get the same exact order every time after the gym. The staff there is always kind and pleasant, The protein shakes are 100% the best around. Second to none! I’m passionate about my protein shakes and these guys absolutely crush every single time we visit. The ingredients are amazing. The service is terrific and it’s just a pleasant vibe whether you go through the drive-through or walk in. Every single time it’s delicious and maybe once out of the 50 times I’ve been there already, The shake was a little off and we weren’t totally pleased. They immediately fixed it when I brought this up and made it another perfect experience. I can’t say one bad thing about this place or the staff that works there. My girl and I both recommend highly!! It’s delicious!!

I went to this store on Sunday Sept. 28, 2025 at around 730pm and the worker at this location was very unprofessional and refused to make our drinks, also called us hoodlums, just because my friends and I wanted 4 different orders. Told me that it was too much work and didn’t want to take our cash money.

First of all, the wait has been increasing over the last few months. It can be 10 to 25 mins for a SMOOTHY! The worst experience was today when the employees asked my wife and 3 year old who is sick waiting to wait twice. Each time the wait was 10 minutes. Needless to say the whole thing took 45 minutes today and my wife was disrespected by the person at the window. Poor poor customer service!

This location used to be great, but lately the service has gotten worse. It’s not just one time — I’ve experienced long wait times and poor service several times now. I’ve waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru just for drinks, even after ordering. The staff is slow and unorganized. Really disappointing compared to how it used to be.
