Once you get a hold of the waiter, the service is good. We tried the beach grill while at the pool days in a row, it is very very hard to get a hold of the waiters there, they don’t pass around. You either have to go to them or wave and hope for them to see you.
The food is okay, our pizza was covered with burnt flour ash at the bottom, they happily changed it, but we already waited a long time to get it in the first place and kids were hungry.
The seasonal fruits platter was excellent and fresh! Pineapple juice was good! The salad was fresh and tasted great (too much lettuce vs toppings).
Chicken nuggets and fries were good!
The beef/ steak sandwich was so delicious!
Overall good food, service needs improvement (readiness and availability).

Did the BBQ buffet this week and was amazing.
The BBQ seafood was always fresh, the roast beef was the tenderest I have ever tasted and was cooked to perfection.
Options for everyone!
The view was spectacular as well as sitting so close to the beach.
The night we went they had a fire show on display as well.

We cane to the beach grill couple of times for lunch during our stay at the resort .
Everything we ordered was great .
The team are nice , polite and friendly .
Food was served as per our requirement and made Halal way as per our request .
Recommended : fish and chips , fosh tacos . Seafood pasta , carb avocado salad .
There are outside tabels facing the beach where you can enjoy fresh sea breeze .
I would come bavk again and again

The restaurant faces out to the beach and offers great views along with the food. Lots of nice cocktails. A perfect place to sit back and watch the sunset.
Wish the food menu had more healthy vegetarian options such as a nice salad. Apart from that there are vegetarian pasta and pizza dishes.

Breakfast buffet had many options, including honeycomb! Fresh made Crepe was great.

Lunch here is solid, with burgers, fish sandwiches, and loads of salad options. The breakfast here is also good, less crazy than the main spot at the hotel and just as yummy. Plus the view of the beach can’t be beat.

We came here on a hungry hub booking for the seafood tower deal 1450 THB net with 2 glasses of wine.
1. We were told the HH deal wasn’t really a deal at all because it was the same price as the restaurant…but just marketed as a deal (so we didn’t order the tower)
2. Food was really slow (more than 30mins wait – without warning of the wait) even before seats were full.
3. Food was very oily but somehow dry at the same time (pork collar was swimming in oil, and burger bun was shiny with oil), taste was fine – when given feedback, instead of accepting it, Manager(?) just gave excuses…wore mask below nose. Staff were a little more polite and helpful.
4. Dessert peach crumble was tasty but it was served on a plate with proper ice cream and everything but with a teaspoon (not suitable for desserts swerved on dinner plates, these should come with dessert spoon or fork or both).
5. Didn’t help order drinks from the Rum Shack (bar by the beach, which was something we were able to do across all restaurants at the resort l).
For a Marriott brand hotel restaurant, this was very disappointing. Contrasting service level when compared to Merchant’s Kitchen and DOCG.

We came here for dinner without a reservation and was given a table near the back of the restaurant which was nice.
Service is quite slow as we had to wait a while after we sat down to order and had to flag a staff down to order our drinks/food. The two fresh juices we ordered were indeed not fresh and tasted like it was out of a carton. Perhaps they did not mean freshly squeezed?
We ordered 1/2 a grilled chicken as well as the grilled octopus. The grilled octopus was served served lukewarm. I was very surprised as expected it to have come off the grill. I spoke to Matt who seemed to be the manager on duty. He advised that this dish is served like this and that it’s completely sterilised. He then proceeded to explain how it was cooked but I am still a little confused why the dish was lukewarm.
The chicken on the other hand was well cooked, served piping hot and wedges which accompanied it were tasty.
Overall, could have been better but a satisfactory experience.
