Absolutely awful. One really nice worker said I could bring my 4lb dog in (in a baby carrier) just came in and was told to leave because he’s not a service animal. So one person said I could, next week I can’t?
Oh, and don’t go here to use the restroom, you have to pay for a water. Girl was nice, the rules are pathetic. He’s in a baby carrier on my person, absolutely ridiculous. No pup cup for my dog!

Good place to grab some tea or coffee, work, meet friends. Nice to sit outside in good weather. The only issue with getting work done is that it tends to get loud when school is out and the students hang out inside. It can get really busy on weekends with long waiting times. (Typical of other Starbucks)

Very disappointed, unfortunately today it wasn’t a good experience, I paid my order with some credit that I have on the apps and the difference on my credit car and they just added 5 $ tip on my cc, when I asked about it they told me oh Sir you just must press the tip button accidentally, instead of apologizing they tried to blame it on me, when the manager came he offered a credit of $4 for next time because he couldn’t refund it. Personally I don’t think that’s cool this it might be go unnoticed for many people but I work really hard for my money! So just be aware.

The policies change every day it seems. Very rude you have to pay to use a public..restroom. Workers look miserable. Attitude.

Considering the area this store is in, you would think it would be a better location. I think I might have had a total of 3 coffees made correctly over the course of the past 10 plus years I’ve lived here. If it wasn’t the only one around, they would get no business.

Worst location in the area. Workers socializing with each other not acknowledging guests. Drinks are never done right. Always long lines. Bathrooms are always uncleaned & low in supplies. When I place an order for my drink to use my personal cup, drink made in plastic carafe & left to the side to get cold while I’m standing there holding my personal cup waiting even though I announced I was there with my personal cup. Older more mature employees are needed at this location, not young lazy students too busy socializing. I will never use this location again, I will use Dunkin’ donuts in the area instead & the Starbucks on CT Ave which is the best location by far!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience. I’m a regular customer and usually love visiting your stores, but I recently had a disappointing experience that I wanted to share. One of your employees—a young man with mid-length, dark blonde hair above his shoulders made an unkind comment about me in front of another employee, suggesting I was “too old to sit and code; it should be for 18-year-olds.” I was there working on freelance coding projects to make side income to support my family, so his remark felt especially rude and out of place, particularly in a space where I usually feel welcome.

Since the move across the street: longer lines, smaller space, chaos

Great coffee and staff but… we are coming into the winter and the doors open directly into the seating. They need heaters over the doors to keep the store warm. Some other Starbucks have them. Also, phone chargers were taken out of most tabletops and those remaining mostly do not work
