Chick-fil-A has opened a NEW storefront located in Tinley Park, IL located just South of 159th & Harlem Ave. I had the opportunity to visit this location last month & it did not disappoint. The venue was warm, welcoming & staff very attentive to all patrons. I brought in a group & we all had high expectations from the food itself, counter service upon ordering, table service, venue appearance & staff interaction. The overall atmosphere, acoustics, lighting were right. I know this may seem picky but (some folks) are challenged in (certain environments) and this does make a difference. Self help stations were fully stocked, orderly and clean. The staff checked on us several times asking if we needed refills, etc with pleasant helpful demeanors. The drive thru appeared to be moving along with staff outdoors facilitating orders without backups. All in all a good experience. This is a family friendly stop for lunch & dinners with prices being competitive to similar venues. I recommend Chick-fil-A for good food & service that likely will not go unnoticed or disappoint.

This is an amazing store and is very clean and laid out! The workers greet you when you come in, and they take your order fast. Not even 15 seconds after I ordered, my food was ready. I think that’s one of the fastest times I’ve gotten it. I’ve wait for a long time for Chick-Fil-A to come here, and its s finally here exceeding expectations.

This is the newest Tinley Park location. Perfectly placed along 159th near Harlem Ave. The customer service at this location is the best! They hire teenagers which is great for the community and every-time we have dined out at this location, we have had a positive experience. The food has been fresh & the staff are eager to help & have positive dispositions which is a welcomed experience.
✨Pro tip: Use the app to pre-order via the mobile line & just scan the QR code upon arrival, pull the car around & boom! Order secured w/o the line or waiting.
Second tip: verify order accuracy prior to pulling off. They’ve only missed getting the yummy sauce in the bag but who wants to drive back.

Staff is wonderful. They made sure we were taken care of long after we were done eating. Cleaned our trash from the table and refilled my mom’s drink. Very friendly and hospitable atmosphere.

Wonderful service from Grant. He was very polite and helpful. He asked if I wanted a cup holder because I ordered two drinks- I heard the girl behind the counter tell him not to offer it unless people asked, he said he was just being a nice guy. I’m glad he followed his instinct because I would have been frustrated carrying all the stuff out the car and forgetting to have asked for one. He then offered a sample of the new peppermint shake while I waited. I never intended to try it because I don’t care too much for peppermint but it was WONDERFUL and I will be back for another! Thanks

Update 11/14/25 I have never had a TERRIBLE experienced like I had last night. The cashier was YELLING SO LOUDLY THROUGH THE SPEAKER, was extremely rude. And it was the same once I paid for my order.
My food was THUMBS DOWN! Never have I ever gotten OLD CHICKEN FROM ANYYYYY Chick-fil-A! My nuggets were just ok. On the other hand my strips were hard like they’ve been sitting out too long to SERVE CUSTOMERS. They were much darker than expected which seems they were cooked in old grease. The lemonade tasted different, it wasn’t the Chick fil a lemonade I LOVE. Needless to say I could have stopped at other restaurants, but I chose your establishment and doing so left me with less than what I expected from you guys. VERY, very disappointing.
I’ve always received fresh food and positive vibes from the staff. Keep up the amazing job GUYS.

I ordered dinner through their app. It redirected me to the delivery options. I chose DD. When the food was delivered I was missing one full meal. Called Chick-fil-A and they said because I chose a delivery service there isn’t anything they can do! I let them know the bag was sealed and still, not their fault. I used a delivery service on their website that they recommended.. Only $18 but lesson learned!

i love this chick-fil-a! it’s super close to my house and i tricked myself into thinking it’s healthy . while getting my usual chicken sandwich i realized a worker was looking at me strangely. i walk to the bathroom making sure i had nothing wrong with my appearance, obviously there was nothing other than i little sauce on my lips . after reading his name tag i realized this wasn’t the first time this has happened. he is a young black man. being an older lady that knows she’s put on a few pounds i feel judged by this teenager. food is great just hope you don’t get judged by a small black teenager!

Josiah and Maggie are so sweet without effort. Always have a smile on their face and greet you by name. Truly a great customer service experience. The food arrived hot and when they forgot an item, they fixed it without hesitation and swiftly. Even though chik-fil-a is known for customer service and the famous “my pleasure”, this Chik-fil-a somehow manage to stand out.

Too many kids goofing around here! On several occasions now my order has been wrong, missing an item, and they ALWAYS forgot ur sauces.
Receipt clearly shows what’s needed, especially sauce wise. But it’s a flip of a coin if they’ll be in your bag.
