I have enjoyed their chicken on multiple visits. I have not had a problem with the food, only the atmosphere and ordering process. There is limit customer interaction due to the kiosk, which would be fine if someone could give you your cups while waiting for the food. The worst is the atmosphere, it’s like they are trying to freeze customers out of the building. I have been in the restaurant twice and both times almost too cold to stand in there to wait for food. They have to be losing money on the a/c bill too.

I had a great experience at this Popeyes thanks to Anderson. My chicken was fresh, hot, and served super fast. He was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was correct with my order. I definitely recommend coming here if you want great food and great service.

A great place to enjoy with family after a long trip to San Antonio. The food was spectacular, hot and juicy, and the service was fantastic. Barbie is an incredible cashier; she offered us promotions and provided excellent service. Everything was great at this place.

Would like to give this Popeyes a full five stars, but can’t because the inside was so cold the chicken and biscuits cooled off very quickly (there were no viable places to eat outside). Food itself was fine and typical of what I would expect from Popeyes, but when it gets cold within a couple minutes, I can’t give it full points. Service was quick and the inside was clean.

Sat at the windows for 5 minutes with no greeting and waiting on my pick up order. Every time I come here its slow. Service has always been slow here since they opened. Quality is lacking. Employees literally rubbing up on each other. Keep that in private. Gross.
