I previously posted about this Chinese take out spot that has a menu section with American comfort food.
I was highly impressed with the quality of their non-Chinese plates that I wanted to explore other options.
The hot, crispy wings are smothered in buffalo sauce. As always, blue cheese is the perfect dipping sauce for this starter.
If you are indecisive between a burger or pizza slice, why not have the best of both worlds.
The large, juicy patty will put the leading fast food burger chain to shame!
This tasty hero sandwich was packed with meatballs mixed in with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
When I explored this sandwich, I instantly knew I was not in Philadelphia. The protein was too similar to pepper steak and the onions were not sauteed.
Although I highly recommend their other sandwiches, I regretfully cannot vouch for this one.
Hot and crispy fries are included with their burgers and hero sandwiches.
On a constructive note, the linguini was bland and watery and I was unable to finish it.
However, the main course was to die for! This dinner included three thin, crispy cutlets stacked on top of each other. There was a perfect ratio of golden brown mozzarella cheese and sauce.
For the most part, it was a great dining experience chowing down with American comfort food from a Chinese spot! It was also unique that the food was packaged with Chinese containers and bags.

I have been ordering for litterally 4 years and they are sooo stingy, as if they’re broke, I order every other weekend a delivery order of either half chicken shrimp or shrimp lo mein. They use to have never have no delivery minimum at all which is the whole reason why I ordered from them, they changed that recently $15 minimum no problem. So the past last couple times I order I get what I normally get and added a sprite to my order because it wasn’t enough money. So with the sprite my order total was 14.83 and they sat there and told me to order another item because it needed to 15 dollars even though it’s 20cents off. If ur struggling that bad to the point when u need that extra 20 cents close down ur business. You sound broke to me never ordering from them again. If 20 cents is to much, imagine how much money they spend on there inventory penny’s.

I love this place. I have been ordering food from New Ho Won for years. Vicky is always a sweetheart and is very good to me. She’s always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Everything I have ordered has been delicious. The delivery person is always friendly and polite. My food gets delivered in 30 minutes or less. Even though this is a Chinese restaurant, they also serve pasta dishes and Hero sandwiches. Their Egg Plant Parmesan Sandwich is awesome and so is their pasta linguini Marinara sauce. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. Thank you New Ho Won for your service to our community.

New Ho Won is my go-to chinos spot. They have the BEST general tso’s chicken ever!! Unlike other Chinese spots, theirs actually has a kick! Their wonton in garlic sauce is also delicious! The girls answering the phone are friendly.

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but my experience with their customer service has always been disappointing. On one occasion, I called to place an order using their online menu, and the lady who answered was incredibly rude. Instead of politely explaining that the items I was ordering were no longer available, she became frustrated, sighed loudly, and eventually hung up on me.
This wasn’t an isolated incident—she often seemed impatient and irritable during past interactions. While the food has been good, the consistently poor customer service has left a bad impression and made me hesitant to support this business.

Ordered from here for the first time. Want to start by saying the lady that answered the phone was very nice and didn’t rush me to say my order. She repeated it back to me as well. They said 35-40 minutes delivery. Food arrived in more like 25-30 minutes. Will continue to order from here. Finally found our new favourite Chinese food restaurant.

The lady who answers the phone is being acting very rude. .blaming on us some wrong information, about something personal . Talking to me on a very disrespectful way of referring to me . I have been coming here since high school and the one woman who works at the front is an absolute angel. Food quality is always on point and she ensures everything in the order is top quality. Atmosphere is not 5-star because since Covid they have not had the tables and chairs open to sit down and eat, so you must take food to-go.
