What are you waiting for!?! Fantastic service and food, exemplary drinks. Such a variety both in drink and food menu. My husband has been wanting to try this for a while. I am kicking myself for not coming sooner. I had the taco salad, he ordered the Texas quesadilla. The drinks here are creative and their embellishments as you see in photos even better. Ask for Julianna for exceptional service. Service is A+ and efficient.

We stopped in at Cozumel Seafood and Mexican Kitchen yesterday. We had not eaten all day and it was about 3pm so we decided to try this new restaurant. If you are familiar with the area, it is next to Cracker Barrel in Clemmons. It is in the former Ruby Tuesday, Dodge City, and Coach’s restaurant. We were so hungry, we ate our food before we could take pics. It was very fresh and tasty. One of us likes the spicy salsa and the other likes the mild and they gave us a bowl of each which was perfect. My dish also came as the verde sauce and I asked them to change it to the red sauce and they were very accommodating. He got the ACP which was plentiful and I got a quesadilla that came with a guacamole salad. The service was outstanding, especially Dayma. The restaurant decor was beautiful so I did get a few pics before we left. We have tried most all the Mexican restaurants in the area and I will say that this will probably be our first place to go now so we will definitely be back. Not sure when this will be published but they will have a special delayed grand opening party today, Saturday 2/7/26 from 4p-7p. Please go and support them. There will be music and other festivities.

Our server Diana was great. Everyone that touched our table was very caring and accommodating. We started with shrimp ceviche tostadas (it’s an entree but we ordered it as an appetizer) was delicious. (no picture we ate it to fast) our other dishes are pictured. Mahi tacos and chile Colorado. ( extremely spicy maybe dial it down). I would totally recommend. We did go while they are on a soft opening. My only hiccup is the outside lighting makes it feel a little scary but I would totally recommend and go back.

The food was delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, juicy, and well seasoned, paired with flavorful shrimp. The vegetables asparagus, broccoli, and carrots were fresh and well prepared, making the meal very balanced and appetizing. In addition, our server Manuel provided excellent service very attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. It was definitely a great experience, and I would absolutely come back.

The place looks great. Very lively and very different from other Mexican restaurants in the area.
My son and I were seated, chatted for a while and after noticing nobody was coming to our table, I decided to look at the time.
Seventeen (17) minutes later, our server came. I ordered the “Chile verde” pork. My son ordered the quesabirriabtacos.
My food came first, without tortillas even though the menu said they came with that dish. The pork in it was at least 20% chunks of fat, and that’s on the low side. The flavor of the sauce was good, but not the pork itself.
My son’s quesabirria tacos came about 5 minutes later along with my tortillas. The broth for dipping had a big layer of oil on top.
Had to ask for refills. Had to ask for a straw for a to-go horchata for my daughter. Those might seem like petty criticisms but they are indeed signs of undertrained staff.
There is also a 25 cent upcharge for to-go food and an upcharge for paying with a card. Those two are certainly odd and off-putting honestly.
All in all, there’s an abundance of better Mexican restaurants in Winston-Salem. Not sure I’d want to try this one again.

Cool vibe. Pretty average Mexican food.
Our waitress was struggling. It would have probably been a better experience with a different waitress

Tried the camarones momias which were cheese stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon and fried. Excellent dish and very unique. They have a wide variety here from classics like tortas, tacos, and burritos to an extensive mariscos menu with tons of delicious options. Good service, I was well attended to here. The design and decorations are very modern looking.

Excited to try the melon agua fresca when it’s back—hope they add mango too! So happy to have an affordable, delicious Mexican spot in Clemmons again. The Tex-Mex was 10/10, and I loved the avocado on the chipotle pasta. Thank you—will definitely be back! Hopefully next time someone will be ready to greet me at the host stand instead of having to search for them. The kindness of the staff made up for the small wait.

I loved the decoration. We went during the dinner hour on a Friday & were seated immediately. Our server was so sweet and polite. I think the salsa was a lil bland, but the rest of the food was very good otherwise. Would go again.
