Use caution when ordering from Zoners. They were once our go to pizza spot, but after this last experience, we won’t be returning.
We ordered through their website and scheduled it for a specific time, as we’ve done many times before. The pizza arrived 20 minutes late, was completely cold, and worst of all, it was the wrong size. We paid for a large and received a small. That is not a minor mistake, that’s paying for something you simply did not receive.
After delivery fees and tipping the driver, the total cost was not small, yet the pizza was!
When I called to speak with the manager, the response was disappointing. Instead of taking accountability or offering to make it right, the only explanation given was that they’re “usually busy on certain nights.” Being busy is not an excuse for delivering the wrong order, cold food, and shorting customers on what they paid for.
At minimum, compensation should have been offered. When a customer pays for a large and receives a small, that’s not just inconvenience, that’s being charged for something you didn’t get. The lack of concern or effort to resolve it was the most frustrating part.
We supported this business consistently. We expected basic accuracy and service in return.
Do better, Zoners.

We ordered pizza for a rainy night in. It was delicious!! We got the meal deal with an 18” pizza, 10 wings, and a dessert. Ended up being about $56 dollars and I think it would feed 4-6 people. We ordered delivery and it came 30 minutes quicker than we expected. The pizza was very good and the crust was crispy. The wings weren’t spicy for the spicy Cajun flavor but the taste was still good! The dessert was such a surprise. We got the strawberry cheesecake Stromboli and It was way better than we ever imagined! Worth a try if you are on the fence about it.

Ordered the Supreme and it was absolutely fantastic! Plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly. Delivery was well within the quoted timeframe. Pizza was delivered with paper plates, napkins, and plastic forks. Will definitely order from them again next time I am in town!

The first pizza missed the mark, but the way they handled it was outstanding! They acknowledged the mistake, fixed it right away, and made a fantastic replacement. That level of accountability and service is why they earn five stars. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what really matters is how they’re handled.

I ordered through door dash. It came shockingly fast. But there was no update in the app about the pizza being done and on the way. I started eating and it tasted funny. Quickly realized after two bites the dough was raw. Merchant at this point still hasn’t marked it delivered so door dash won’t do anything to help. Money wasted because I couldn’t even eat what I paid for.

Strongly suggest not trying to get pizza from this establishment. I’ve had two instances where they could not fulfill my order, and instead of letting me know immediately, they wait over an hour to finally cancel it. Don’t waste your money here. I regret giving it a shot after learning about its reputation.

I absolutely love this place, I have been here a few times. Yes it is more money, but the food is worth it. I give 4 stars overall because the quality check at the end when putting orders together. Sometimes you don’t get what you ordered. This time I ordered my Greek salad with ranch and extra ranch, but I got Greek dressing. It’s a great dressing because they have Ken’s, but I wanted ranch. I’m sure they would make it right, but I was already there to pick it up, or the delivery driver already drove off, it’s an inconvenience. That’s why I think a final quality check is needed to go through the order and make sure it all adds up. If you like a spicy BBQ I would say don’t expect it with kickin bourbon, it is missing the kick but again the sauce is great. The chicken wings in general are well worth the money and cooked well. The waffle is an amazing dessert option. Their sandwiches are fantastic, we’ve tried a few and each one has been spot on. I also really love their breadsticks. They have a good dough. Every time I’ve come the food has been spot on. The kids (mostly) that run it for the most part do a awesome job and seem to really enjoy working there which I think helps make the food fantastic. I will always choose zoners, and would always recommend them if anyone asks. A small request would be a sloppy garlic knot. Im always excited when we order pizza, and I believe anyone reading this review wondering themselves would be too.

Our family is in the area on Spring break…there are 6 of us. We ALWAYS have a hard time finding places to eat because two of us are forced to eat gluten free. We found Zoners with a “gluten free” Google search and MAN OH MAN it did NOT disappoint!! The serving sizes were HUGE (photos show a gf 14″ and a normal crust jumbo size).
The GF crust was absolutely amazing! There was not even a tinge of cardboard, and my teenager enjoyed it just as much! The rest of the family had equally amazing things to say about the regular crust, and everyone is excited to have leftovers later tonight!
We absolutely 100% recommend this pizza, but ESPECIALLY the gluten free pizza. In all our roadtrips all over the country, this may be the beat GF pizza we have had to date!!

Was disappointed in the size of the boneless wings. Most of them were hardly the size of what you’d get from Chick-fil-A and the quality of breading wasn’t as good. I’ll caveat this with if they’d have been advertised as nuggets, I would have been, not “okay” with it, but I’d understand. The smallest was popcorn chicken sized. I expected Wild Wing size boneless wings and boy was I wrong. I will not be ordering that again.
