I recently placed a mobile pickup order from this location and was unfortunately disappointed with the overall experience. The fries were cold, and several were overcooked to the point of being burnt. I ordered a 10 pc classic chicken family meal and customized the order to include breast and thigh pieces; however, the majority of the chicken I received consisted of spicy flavor wings and legs instead. Additionally, the biscuits were overly toasted, making them quite dry.
I would recommend caution when placing mobile orders, as the order did not accurately reflect my selections. Ordering in person may help ensure greater accuracy.

This is by far the worst Popeyes. I’ve ever been to I did a DoorDash. Order from them from their website They gave me old dry chicken and lied and said it was fresh. I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t give it to me.
I don’t understand these people are never held accountable. They’re lazy. They give you bad food and when you complain about it, they get an attitude and won’t give you a refund. Emily, the manager on duty, blamed the DoorDash driver for the bad food. He’s not back there, cooking. She is, then Michelle, grabs the phone and says, its not their problem. I’m not getting a refund, then they hung up. It’s no wonder these people can’t work anywhere else. I’m never shopping at this place again. And everybody else need to watch out and check their food.

Really can’t recommend this location. Mobile orders are never ready, you will be waiting longer than regular customers. It’s disheartening when 4 employees and hanging out and talking in the lobby, whenever my order hasn’t even been started.

Ordered a family meal today and the food was awful. Mashed potatoes were not mixed correctly. While attempting to eat them my son bit into a lump of powder. According to the manager Sandra (I believe that was her name) that’s the way they are supposed to be. Popcorn shrimp was so over cooked and hard. Fries were cold and so was chicken. I was refunded $30 out of the $40 I paid since we threw out the food at home that was on our plates. My son said the manager was rude and had an attitude and told him well I guess I’m sorry. He did say that the cashier was very apologetic and nice. Needless to say every time we order food at this location there is an issue. In the future we will not return to this specific location.

Can’t beat the three-piece $5 meal. Although I would suggest online ordering upgrade pacific for this deal because the developer failed to allow for special order for certain requested pieces, i.e., all breasts for example which I preferred which the manager approved for me after all so i added a side of slaw which was just right, temperature, flavor, and FREE WIFI

This is probably one of the worst Popeyes! Every time I go here the food is Cold. Never, Never, hot at all. They think because of putting the chicken under the broiler it will stay hot. However it dries the chicken out totally.the fries are always cold,?They never fresh and not even up under a warmer. I blame the untrained manager for not knowing her store and the hours of how much food being sold.
Why cook all the chicken at 10:30, you open at 11 then you wait until all the chicken is just runs low before cooking more. I never get fresh hot chicken.
