There was a really good deal on the app so I was excited to try Wingstop again!
The Garlic Parmesan tenders never disappoint and are a hit with everyone! We also tried the lemon pepper wings and it had a very strong fresh lemon flavor. We also got hot honey flavor which was delicious! We upgraded our fries to cheese fries for $1 and it was a large serving.
We ordered online and it was not ready when it should have been. We waited an additional 10 minutes standing in a growing group of people also waiting for their orders in the front of the store.

Almost every time i go in there one of my items is forgotten if the order is taken to go or for pick up. Every time that I have gone back in to ask nicely then for the missing items I am returned with backlash and attitude from the employees. I would absolutely recommend to eat WingStop.. just not at this location. The service, respect, and care for their customers is close to non existent. Would never return again.

I wanted to give this Wingstop another chance because it’s close to home, but the wings were still oily, undercooked, and not made to my order specifications. I hope corporate and higher management addresses these quality concerns.

I would literally give them zero stars. To start off I found a fried DEAD BEE in my food (as the picture shows). Called the store to place the complaint and they didn’t want to believe me, said it’s probably “a piece of corn, since they fry everything together” so I asked if I can get a refund and they denied my request since “they don’t have bugs in their restaurant” AGAIN THE PICTURES SHOW OTHERWISE!! The circled image shows THE STINGER!!! How is that a piece of corn!

Ordered online through the Wingstop ap. Food was never delivered, was marked as cancelled. Called the store, they said they’d remake it. I drove to the store, just to be told that they could not remake it, and I had to contact DoorDash. Had I been told this when speaking to the “manager” on the phone I wouldn’t have driven to the store. I didn’t order through DoorDash, I ordered through wingstop. The store should have been able to handle this situation instead of pushing it off and acting like it isn’t their issue, when it is. I’ll never order from this store again.

I ASKED FOR XTRA LEMON PEPPER SEASONING ON MY FRIES, DIDN’T RECEIVE THAT, I ASKED FOR LOUISIANA RUB SEASONING ON MY CHICKEN, DIDN’T RECEIVE THAT EITHER, THEY GAVE ME SOME KIND OF WET SAUCE THAT WAS ALL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER SO THE CHICKEN WAS STILL DRY…VERY DISAPOINTED BECAUSE I LOVE WINGSTOP BUT, I WILL NEVER GO TO THE “MILLER PARKWAY” LOCATION AGAIN…THE BEVERAGE AREA WAS DISGUSTING, USED, WET PAPER TOWELS ON THE MACHINE, EVERYTHING WAS STICKY…I GAVE MY CUP BACK & BOUGHT A DRINK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
