I was told the pizza would be here in 40 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes and when I got the pizza it was cold. When I called after an hour I was issued a sort of apathetic apology and no real service or resolutions. When the pizza did arrive it was actually pretty great even though it was cold. If it arrived on time it would be 4.5 stars

Taofik the driver has a bad attitude and took almost 20 minutes to drive down the street. If they didn’t have the tracker thing I wouldn’t have noticed he sat in the same spot for 15 minutes around the corner from my house. Food was also cold I’m gonna add yo this post

My experience made me wished I stopped at steak and shake instead. Lol and i havent wished that since my college days. We went to bite into the pizza slices in the car and it was cold. We figured since we have eaten the pizza yet, that it would be cool. Lets call in. The owner stated that once it leaves the store. It’s nothing they can do. No one offer to heat the slices beforehand and the know temp of the food. I checked the food for accuracy and not temperature cause it a pizza place that cooks at high temperatures plus we were seating outside the store eating 3 minutes after leaving. $23 were spent, half the food was cold and no accommodation could be made. That’s wild to me! When asked and even begged if they could do anything cause we didnt want to eat cold pizza they offered .50 cent off disguised as ten percent discount. That was a disgrace in itself. We were just stopping by and don’t live in the area but based on this experience, we will never return.

I’ve been ordering from here since I moved to Tinley park. The first time I ordered I was so mad. Took a looong time for my delivery and the pizza was ice cold. Obviously I called and spoke to manager. She immediately explained why it happened (which I understood) and she made me a fresh pizza and got it to me right away for free. So I was happy. But then the next day the owner called me himself (completely unexpected) and he again apologized and promised the issue would never happen again. He was a stand up guy and from then on I was a life long customer. Since then, every experience I’ve had has been top notch and the pizza is always very good ! Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This was my first time visiting. I asked the guy about chicken he said here’s a menu. I scanned the menu decided upon boneless chicken he said ok your total is $17 and some change. I was very confused. He then stated oh they haven’t updated the menu that price is incorrect. Is this how you run your business? Highly unacceptable I won’t be back. The food was mediocre at best. Customer service is trash no ownership. Good luck with your future business. If you’re going to over pay and deal with trash customer service then go to Popeyes where the chicken will atleast be good.

Ordered a med pizza last night and we were not pleased . I ordered a thin crust and what I was a thick crust pizza, seemed to be almost a double crust. If this is how yiur ‘thin’ crust pizzas are, we won’t be ordering again.
We are use to ordering from your Orginal location in Mt. Prospect , where a thin crust pizza is a thin crust. I realize each franchise does it differently but yours is a slap in the face to a well known name.

Spent 60 dollars on pizza the other night and threw away most of it. The sauce was so chunky it was disgusting and it had a horrible flavor to it. Crust was undercooked. Just an overall poor experience and I would not recommend this location. We’ve tried others and they are fine, but after throwing sixty bucks for two pizzas down the drain, we won’t come back.

I ordered a family size pepperoni pizza. The pizza had too much sauce. It was very bland no flavor. I have ordered from other Rosati’s locations food was much better. The service was also not that good. The cashier was also not friendly. I will not be coming back to Tinley Park location for pizza.
