Mi Patria is the kind of food truck you hope to stumble on and then keep coming back to. The food is legit Puerto Rican comfort food — generous portions, bold flavors, and clearly made with care. I had a mofongo bowl and it was outstanding: perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with flavorful meat. You can tell this isn’t rushed food.
The truck itself is clean, easy to spot, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Prices are fair for the portion sizes, and everything tasted fresh. This is real, satisfying food that actually fills you up.
If you’re even thinking about stopping here, do it. Mi Patria delivers every time.

The food at Mi Patria took me back to family gatherings at my abuela’s house. Every bite of their food was too good to put into words and brought me back to my childhood! Drove 45 minutes to try it and it will be a regular trip from now on. The only place I’ve tried in this area that represents La isla del Encanto.

This is the best Puerto Rican food I have had on the West Coast! The food is so fresh and flavorful and the portions are really generous. Also, the owner is awesome—even more reason to go and support local. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

This charming little food truck is truly a hidden gem when it comes to authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. The portion sizes are generous, making it a perfect spot for sharing or saving some for later, as you’ll definitely leave with a satisfying amount of delicious food. One of my favorite aspects is the inviting outdoor seating, which allows you to relax and savor your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful place for anyone looking to enjoy a taste of Puerto Rico!

It’s been decades since I’ve had access to Puerto Rican food that I didn’t attempt to recreate at home.
I found this gem of a food truck while on a recent visit to Seattle and am so happy that I did. The food is delicious and the service was incredible. If I lived closer I would be there all of the time. Pretty sad that I won’t be able to visit more often, but I’m looking forward to my next visit.
If they ever decide to open a second location up north in Whatcom County it would be a dream come true.

My husband and I were in Seattle and searched for a Puerto Rican restaurant in the area. I called the owner of Mi Patria. She was closing but was very accommodating in preparing our meals. The food was delicious!!! As a Puerto Rican woman this good was flavorful. But what made it more special was the owners personality. She was an amazing person. I definitely recommend it and will go back to eat there!!!

I’ve been craving mofongo ever since I tried it for the first time in PR a few years ago so when I found this spot I was super excited. While this spot is a food truck, there seems to be ample street parking so I don’t think you’d have any issues there. As for the service, I didn’t really know what combination would work the best so I basically just asked the super sweet owner(?) to give me whatever they recommended and, wow, everything was so so good . They really hooked me up with all the good stuff. The empanadas (we got the pizza and beef), chuleta, and tostones were still crispy even after a good 25 min drive and the loaded pork mofongo bowl was herby, creamy, and the meat was perfectly seasoned. Not only were the portions HUGE for the price (like 1 bowl could feed two people) but it brought me back to that PR vacation again. 10/10 would come again.
