This was my first time at the location. I think the manager took our order, he wasn’t very friendly. He was rushing and acting annoyed towards my husband when asking what drink he wanted. When my husband said water, he said “just water?” all confused and still charged us $4 for a WATER. He was kind towards my baby so that’s good at least, but he was passive aggressive and the atmosphere was off. Everyone seemed to be annoyed working there and I work in customer service so I’d understand, I get when it’s busy but there was no one in there. We were the only people in there yet it felt awkward. Leaving, I wasn’t told “have a good day” or anything. I smiled at the girl because that’s my default due to working in customer service as I said, and she smiled back at least but said nothing. I will not be coming here again.

Ordered a hotdogs no mustard only ketchup, says it on the receipt. When I got home, it had mustard and ketchup, they cannot read. Called, they said next time order plain dog and ketchup on the side, no sorry, let us compensate. I’m allergic to mustard. Idiots. With the cost food now a days, I will not go there again.

This location is in an active area of Moreno Valley. Despite this the restaurant and restrooms were clean. They took my order as soon as I walked in. Audrey was attentive and helpful. While dining in I observed her open the door for an elderly man with his cane and helped escort him to his car. Definitely will be returning!

Food was great (wienerschnitzel’s standards) but I have say there’s a man in the front checkout with terrible customer service, he seemed annoyed when taking my order and when I asked him for condiments. It seemed like he didn’t want to be there or he was overwhelmed by having to work with the headset and be at the front at the same time. In conclusion I would steer clear from the dining room so you don’t have to deal with someone like him
