I ordered through starship for some latenight food and they delivered the wrong person’s stuff to me.
Now normally this would not be enough for me to leave a bad review, but there is more. It took nearly an hour to get my order refunded and it felt like they didn’t even care that they just wasted my time. No pity coupon, no option to even have it remade and delivered to me. Nothing. Okay, whatever, stuff happens sometimes, except for the fact this is not the first time I have had a bad experiance. They have cancelled my orders hours upon hours after I ordered for no other reason than its getting late and they couldnt get to it (just dont let people order then?) And furthermore so many delays, canceled items, incorrect items, missing items, problems with customer sevice. And yes, perhaps I should have learned my lesson and stopped ordering, but man do I like their street tacos. But yeah, thats why I had to leave this review. It may have good food but the service sucks. I reccomend anyone who gets food from here to do it in person.

Do not listen to old bad reviews, this place has changed so much. Food always hits after a long night and has the absolute sweetest staff ever and they are so beautiful too?? Oh my goodness?? Where are you finding these angels Harrison Grill?

What I felt when I discovered this place was akin to caveman discovering fire. In this case discovering Harrison Grill was when I uncovered the finest food Purdue has to offer on their campus. Their Chicken Katsu is a must, and a boba is a nice touch as well

Poor management, broken coke machine, not even attempting to fully correct the issue. Having managers on a break doing homework while the workers who should have had their shift done stay around to help out. Also just some minor but still very real.

Orders are ALWAYS missing something and 90% of the time you wait for them they aren’t even being made yet. I’ve gotten food from here several times and every time it’s taken over an hour for one meal and a drink to be made
