One cup broccoli cheese soup
1/2 jalapeño turkey crunch
One fountain drink
One cup for water
Delicious food and solid portions!
The drink is 3.69- BUT it’s an oversized cup, and the fountain drinks are self-serve.
No charge for water.
This combo was accurate for the price, time, and quality. Which are my three main points of experience.
We ordered two 12 inch subs, the sides were macaroni and cheese and broccoli cheese soup. We also ordered a slice of carrot cake. The total was almost $50. The 12 inch subs are doubtfully 12 inches. They cut the sub in half, lay the halves side by side and roll it up into the wrapper, like they are folding a burrito. The subs are squashed and smashed and the wrapper has to be removed from the inside of your sub. The picture included shows what looks like half of the sub laying on its side, it’s not on its side. That how messed up it became from the employee wrapping it up. Before unwrapping the other sub, it began heavily leaking a brown liquid. Nothing on the sub should have been wet, let alone brown! The entire sub was soaked and soggy. It was also made completely incorrect. They subtracted things I wanted, left thing I didn’t want and didn’t add the toppings I requested. They were so dead that I doubt they were making enough money to even pay the electric bill. There are zero excuses for not having the order made correctly. The soup was lukewarm at best. It’s made from a cheap powder mix, combined with water, frozen, purchased by this company and sold to the customer, thawed and not properly temped. It tastes accordingly. Soup comes with five pieces of shredded cheese thrown on top. The macaroni and cheese noodles were gross, overcooked mush and the canned cheese sauce is weird but ok…I guess. It was definitely not up to temp like the soup and the Health Department really needs to pay them a visit. The carrot cake was definitely a frozen. The frosting is really creamy but just tastes like sweet sugar. Its not the cheapest product they could buy and they cut it themselves so the exposed cake isn’t dried out. Regardless its definitely not worth the price. We had gotten each a potatoe the only other time we visited. The potatoes were dirty, the toppings are basically nonexistent and like everything else here, ridiculously over priced.
The pick up rack is a petrie dish and ground zero for our next pandemic. The employees put the bags on the shelf with the name tags facing the wrong way. All thrown up on the same shelf, despite having an organizational system. People come in and touch all the bags, open them up and put their hands inside. The employees are all children and it shows.
Two chances and two complete failures. Definitely don’t recommend. It’s better if you just throw the fifty dollars in the dumpster.
Update after (owner) reply
If it was really that “important” you’d do something ie ask for me to contact the (owner)/store by email, phone, in person to attempt to rectify an unacceptable $50 order. Especially considering I didn’t waste my time contacting/return to the store or make your children remake my food. Instead you reply with nonsense copy and paste. Don’t say you’ll think about doing better, just do better. This location is an embarrassment and you should be mortified. I will definitely now be contacting the Health Department in the morning.
The French Dip and Pecan Berry Salad…. WOW! OH SO GOOD!
