What a wonderful experience I had unexpectedly today stopping in here while shopping with my daughter. I
Didn’t expect to buy anything but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the reasonable prices. I’m very discriminating when ordering at “Italian Specialty Shops “ because of working in the 5 boroughs of the City. This place is a family on gem with personable owners and workers ! I’ll will be back! Go here!!!

This place has been around for quite some time. When I used to live in the area, I would come here before holidays to pick up Italian products for antipasto, such as prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, tarali, and bread. Their food would always make for a very nice antipasto before any holiday meal. The quality is good and they are very reliable.

Typed in Italian deli/ bakery and this was one of the places that showed up near where we were staying. It is a very authentic Italian deli. The loaves of bread were absolutely our favorite part. We got provolone, Swiss, and salami slices to make cold cuts. The Swiss was absolutely amazing! There was a lot of food that you could take and bake later or warm up. Lots of dessert choices and you could get a variety box full of sweets to try.

My favorite local Italian deli is closed Wednesdays, so I went back to my ‘old neighborhood’ to order subs for a family lunch. So glad I did. Rosa was very helpful and gracious, she made suggestions when I needed to customize my order. My guests asked where the delicious subs came from and suggested we do it again next time. Thank you Ninos and Rosa.

Great subs but terrible service! Placed a big order for pickup, and when we arrived and asked to confirm that all sandwiches were included in the bag, they were rude and dismissive, even though the shop was not very crowded at the time.
Of course, they forgot a sandwich in the bag, and when we called later, they didn’t offer a refund and said we could come back (a 25 min drive each way) to pick up the sub.
The subs were delicious, but not worth the long drive. If you do go, make sure they get the order right, because if they mess it up, they probably won’t correct the error.

If your looking for an Italian sandwich you need to take a trip to 2005 NJ 35 in Oakhurst NJ.
They design your sandwich to meet your need and taste is beyond expectations. Fresh Prosciutto and mozzarella decorate the home made bread along with roasted red peppers.
Live the good life at Nino Jr’s.

I picked up a pasta e fagiole there today, the bean & pasta soup, – it was better than amazing. I brought it home, cut open the roll (with seeds) that they gave me, added butter to the roll, & had it with the soup.
It looks like a small container, but it was a very generous and extremely delicious portion of soup. We used to go here 20 years ago, we’d sit down for a quiet two soups and split a tuna sandwich, and recently I went in there twice. The food is on a level all its own, the ladies are very kind, courteous, professional and special people. I give them my absolute highest recommendation. Five stars and two thumbs up!
