This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I received a pizza with poor quality, wrong toppings, and to make matters worse, I found a hair in the pizza. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.
DANIEL Instead of taking responsibility or showing any urgency, the staff handled the situation poorly. I decided to order a second pizza for pickup, hoping they would at least get it right the second time. Unfortunately, this felt more like damage control than genuine care for the customer.
When customers pay for food, the bare minimum expectation is cleanliness, accuracy, and basic respect. This place failed on all three. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering here.

The customer service of this location, especially a manager by the name of April. Today I came in to pick up an order and when I arrived there was no greeting from any employees. What made matters worse was that when I asked about my order, she told me that a driver took my order by mistake. This isn’t a problem on it’s own because mistakes happen, but April, the person there claiming to be the manager, didn’t offer to make a new order or even apologize for the discrepancy. The only thing she asked me was if I wanted to cancel my order. I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me so I asked for a manager in which she told me that she was the manager. She was extremely rude and didn’t give any empathy for a mistake made on their end and didn’t even have anything to say when i asked if there would be any apology at least. Of course I canceled because there is no way I would make another order at this place after what I experienced.

I have always liked Papa Johns pizza but today I ordered a delivery and one of the pizzas came like this. The garlic sauce came broken and fell on the pepperoni pizza. They should check the orders very carefully before delivering them. They should not deliver the pizza in bad conditions. meal

We ordered delivery and they got part of the order wrong the first time, but the manager took responsibility and sent out a new pizza with the correct order. Overall the Pizza was tasty, maybe a little flat in the crust area and maybe a little soggy, but with the same good flavors I’m used to. The breadsticks were a nice and thick, maybe could have used a little more garlic and Parmesan though. I always get good service from this place so I’m not sure what others’ problems may be; maybe I’m just not so picky when it comes to pizza:-)?!

The customer service experience at Papa John’s was absolutely terrible. The front-end staff, specifically a Latin girl , was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic manners and displayed no understanding of proper customer service etiquette. There was no effort to be polite—no “please,” no “thank you,” and no acknowledgment of the customer’s needs. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist made the experience even worse. It’s shocking that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is representing the company. Papa John’s urgently needs to focus on training their staff in customer service to ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression.

I ordered a couple pizzas and somehow managed to input the topping wrong on one of them. I called to complain, thinking it was their error, but Austin very politely pointed out my mistake. Of course, I apologized profusely and accepted responsibility for my error, and he still kindly offered to remake it for me. Excellent customer service, and the pizza is always good from this location.

3 1/2 stars really. The New York style seems to be the regular pizza cut differently , it certainly isn’t larger, so idk who’s in charge of that brainstorm at Pizza HQ, but it sux. However they assemble the kind of pie you’d expect/want from Papa John’s. Goodly amount of cheese and sauce on your pie, and they are very efficient even during dinner rush.
