EVERY single time I have been to the Taco Bell there is an item missing or something in the order is wrong! I hadn’t been in a good while due to this. So, I forgot to check my bag, and had to drive back for the missing item. Then, for the workers to give attitude like you’re a bother. No apology, no “sorry about that”. Just “here” as the hand it me. This place SUCKS!!!

We were rudely instructed to use the kiosk instead of taking our order at the counter. When we refused the girl just walked away. Had to get someone else to get order. Customer service has gone to the toilet when they think they don’t have to face a paying Customer. I refuse to use a kiosk to order food, I will just leave and take my business elsewhere.

3 dorito tacos and three crunchy tacos. Both meals were not even up to par.
Bs!!!!! Barely any meat or lettuce. Bunch of shell for sixteen dollars. Traveling and want my moneys worth of food. Highly disappointed.

Brought 4 teenage boys for a quick to go order. It was at 955 and lobby closed at 10. Asked young lady outside if we could still come in and order to go since I had multiple boys and she said yes. Met manager at locked door and she stated no and I could NOT do multiple orders either. I explained to her the boys were not mine and they are paying for their own orders. There was no one inside and two cars I. Drive through. She did not care and was happy to see us go next door to McDonald’s that was HAPPY to accommodate!!

My daughter and I really enjoy picking up snacks from Taco Bell in Hope, AR at any time day or night.
The food is almost always good, except when I specifically ask for fresh Nacho Fries and they give me fries which have probably been under the light just long enough to lose the heat of fries straight out of the fryer. There are some people working at this location who are simply amazing. Their customer service skills show how eager they are to please the customer. These people are friendly and genuinely happy to help.
On the other hand, there are a few people working at this location who are far from friendly and have a bad habit of rushing you as if you are wasting their time.
I didn’t want to give this location a lower score based on the few bad apples, but the Taco Bell in Hope, AR really needs to work with their crew to keep the bad apples from spoiling the bunch.

Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a LONG time. Fresh tasting ingredients, truly crunchy tacos, and the flavors I remember from years ago instead of slopped together mess. Three people asked if I was being helped while waiting for my mobile order to prepare, one even volunteered to grab my drinks while the rest was prepared. AND the store was clean, obviously taken care of. A model store! Great job!

Overall, it was a good experience. One item on our order was wrong, but for $25 and 5 minutes wait, we had a meal, no real complaints. I’m not one to freak out about this kind of stuff, unless it’s completely jacked up, but I still don’t lose my cool. I understand that the folks working this industry are stressed, and most of them are young kids learning, and I’m not going to be that guy that ruins their day. I chose to show grace, smile, and take take my wrong food home to my son or the dog…
