Ordered a couple sides, salsa / chips along with guacamole, it was fresh and delicious.
Our food came within minutes it was hot, delicious the portions were more than enough that included take home.
I will definitely be going back and taking friends or family with me.
We made a reservation and there was no wait! I like that they will seat you even though your entire party hasn’t arrived – there’s a similar restaurant in the area – will not name that will not seat you until everyone in your party arrives. So I definitely appreciate this place’s great customer service!
This place is just gorgeous and I will definitely come back and try more menu items!
We had the mole enchiladas, the fish and chicken tacos and we tried the churros and cafe ☕️ de olla – we paid about $70 which is a bit pricey, but you’re paying for quality! Decent portions and hands down good Mexican food!
I may have found my new favorite spot
To start, I ordered the guacamole, and it was outstanding. Fresh avocados mixed with just the right amount of lime, cilantro, and diced tomatoes made for a creamy, flavorful dip. Paired with their crispy tortilla chips, it was a perfect appetizer that set the tone for the meal.
Next, I indulged in the shrimp tacos, which were absolutely delicious. The tacos were filled with perfectly seasoned, grilled shrimp, topped with a fresh slaw and a tangy sauce that enhanced the dish beautifully. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and the soft tortillas were a great choice, holding everything together without falling apart.
To wash it all down, I opted for the watermelon margarita. This refreshing drink was a true highlight! The balance of sweetness from the watermelon and the tanginess of the lime was divine, making it a perfect complement to the spicy and savory dishes.
Overall, Casa Lola exceeded my expectations. The combination of exceptional food and and beautiful atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Casa Lola for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Mexican food.
I ordered the martini de olla and thought it was goo, nothing crazy or unique, but tasty. My friend got the mangoñada and the luna morada. Both of her drinks were super tasty and I would get one of those next time. We got chips and salsa and they brought us complimentary chicharrones. I ordered the sopa azteca which I thought was delicious and a generous portion. My friend got carne asada tacos à la carte and said they were delicious. I don’t recommend ordering tacos à la carte because the tacos came out more expensive than ordering the taco plate ($7.50 per taco).
It was really beautiful inside the restaurant and it was cute seeing the multiple birthday celebrations. They also had a sign outside that there is parking for $2 at a specific location but we couldn’t find it. Would be back for happy hour again!
